Good day all..

Can one apply for masters in optometry or must one do pre-optometry. Either ways, any university offering it?

Good day All

I submitted my application for MBA October 4th . I have done my biometrics but eligibility has not even started till date

Will it be advisable to do medical down or wait considering the fact that January is almost here or I should wait till they request for it

Thanks

Iceman2020:
Thank you for your kind words. Please how do I go about raising the web form? Also, please I will appreciate if you can also send me their emails "Nairobi guys"

Thank you once again.

You can raise a webform to the Nairobi office and the general office too and then follow up the webform with emails to these addresses:

nairobi@international.gc.ca
nrobi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca
nrobi-immigration@international.gc.ca

In your email, emphasize why you need a final decision at this point and its implications for your studies. Feel free to "rant" and explain all the psychological and emotional difficulties that the situation has created. It will definitely be read even if they don't respond.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by Nobody: 2:10pm On Oct 27, 2020
The deferral will not affect your PPR in anyway. Submit your passport for stamping.

MissMC:
Thank you for your prompt response.

After sending it to them via webform, can I still go ahead and submit my passport to VFS? or I should wait till I get a response from IRCC?

I hope me not submitting my new/updated LOA won't affect my visa?

Looking forward to your positive response.

Hello,

If you have the money, you can take the risk and do upfront medical to save time.

Thank you so much Just Mellow

Hello MissMC,

Since PPR has dropped, there is no need to panic about forwarding the updated LOA to IRCC. Its reasonable if you hold onto it except requested which may not happen.

All the best

I have no information about Lagos unfortunately. I hope others can help.

Send me an email if you want the consent form (I think we are already in contact)
Jermaineayo:
Hello, please I have some questions

- What documents are we required to submit upon receiving PPR?

- What is Vfs consent form?

- How do I submit my passport and the rest, I reside in Ajah...Must it be by courier service only?

- I heard Lagos Vfs center is open, did you submit in person?

Your response will be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello,

I was sent BVL on 21st of October,2020 after having gotten AIP, however , I have not gotten any notification subsequently. I already submitted my Passport because my application was Paper Application. Does anyone know what could be the reason for not getting any notification afterwards?

Thank you for your prompt response, I will go through the link you sent and use it for further approach. I have mailed some Profs. but I couldn't get positive response from any (responses like no funding, not taking students now or no available position). Well, kind of look like I have almost exhaust possible options in my choosing fields (Parasitology, Veterinary microbiology) for Profs. with similar research interests.
Lekiboboe:

Hi Ehfkay,
the contents in the link below would help you in getting Potential Supervisors for PH.D , Fall 2021, go through all you gonna see there explicitly

You might still av lotta options available for you, cos there are other schools that has your field of discipline in which you might have not made research on, or even get across to the Professors of those other schools

Print the online transfer receipt that references the applicant's details and include in the package. Best if the transfer was sent from an account of the applicant.

Endbadgovt:
please I’m in a similar situation. What’s d proof that I paid the package transmission fee. I’m I to attach the proof of payment to the documents I’m sending VFS. How did you go about it. Please thank you

Congratulations

Thanks a lot.
Chocs:
Hello ayoadefantastic

Is the funding available for every year of the PhD?

You’ll need to get someone in her field to assist with a solid SOP. She needs to emphasize clearly how this PhD will be of benefit to her career in Nigeria.

Has she started building her own account? Even with funding, it’s advisable to show something in your account too.
