He is not making any sense. Social media is free for all, there should be no ban or regulation whatsoever on social media. Anyone can create account and it's free, so any one is free to convince the other to believe in their course, after all it's democracy.

If you are smart and good enough get an account and prove yourself. This is how it should be for democracy, freedom of speech and expression.

They know any ban whatsoever on social media will cost the ruling party their seats.

The era of relying on TV and radio stations that can be easily controlled and manipulated by government is gone.
