Good Morning Nairalanders,

Please i seek for assistance:

I am a graduate of Accounting with OND,HND,AAT,BSC,ACA, ACMA, CGMA(CIMA), 30 years of Age married with a kid. I have 9 years working experience in the accounting and finance field. My wife is also 30yrs of age, a Tax consultant with a Big4 audit firm in Nigeria with OND,HND,ACA she has 3years working experience with the firm.

We are interested in relocating to Canada.

Is it possible my wife apply for admission upon getting the admission can i follow her since i have more certification to get a Job and as i am aware my CIMA qualification can get me Canada CPA which is a top notch. I am a bit green in this application process and i need your assistance in directing me to the right thread where i can get more info. I have gone through some threads here and its quite lengthy and some of the info's are not what i need to kick start the process.

Please kindly assist a brother.

Thanks so much for the quick response.

I have tried this route but the score is not favorable am just seeking other route and you know how IELTS can keep messing up the chances of getting high score.

WHILE WE WAIT FOR THE ELDERS HERE

I will suggest,
Why note try express entry and you apply as PA then your wife an kid accompany you? Evaluate your credentials it will be "2 or More Certificates" then you and your wife have over 3years work experience. So Enroll for ENGLISH CERTIFICATION EXAM and you should get an ITA with high Band Scores.
Dont stress your self with study route when you're qualified for PR from here.

It takes time and patience but it's worth it

How many times have you written the IELTS- hmm I wrote "6 times". I had my breakthrough on the sixth attempt . I have friends you wrote 9 times even more. This whole journey requires dedication and commitment.
You are over qualified with PR. Go to the forum for Express entry and seek help. Someone teaches "ielts writing" for free on that platform.

Again, SINP might also fit into your profile - you should have chances there- go to the PNP forum and seek help
At 30 years - you still have good chance.

Have you consider learning French, spouse non-accompanying route - don't waste time too much before age still away all your opportunities.

Good luck.

Please I need advice very urgently
My friend's daughter applied for study permit in canada, to God be the glory she in Passport request stage.
Her passport has 3 years validation and she will be studying in canada for 4 years.
My question is at this stage, can she apply for another Passport and send to VFS so she can be issued 5 years visa?
If yes will there be any implications for changing passport?
The passport request stated that her passport must be valid throughout the purpose for visiting Canada.
Please help as one week is gone from 30 days.
Thanks for your response. God bless you

BVL JUST DROPPED!
Paper application for study permit
AIP-14 September.
Medical request-14 September.
BVL-27th October 2020.
Passport already submitted at VAC
APPLIED MARCH 12th

I wish the other applicants a favorable response and good luck
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by Dampops(m): 5:57pm On Oct 29, 2020
What she’s getting at this stage are: Temporary visitor visa that’ll be stamped on her passport (to cover the duration of her passport) and a letter of introduction to be dropped with the Border Officer in Canada where the study permit will be issued. The study permit will cover the length of her program...

Let her quickly send in her passport to the VAC via courier as requested. She’ll cross the bridge when she gets there...

30 years of age with all these certifications? Express Entry (permanent residency route) is the best option for you. Don't wait any longer before it becomes too late.

Keep on trying and never relent. if possible take out time from work to prepare yourself for the IELTS exam. I believe the 8,7,7,7 is obtainable if you invest more time and effort in your practice. I know some of my colleagues who finally got the required score at their seventh trial. I may also want to share you with some of the resourceful materials I have with me so you could use them in your preparation. Never give up, your victory is right around the corner.
