Let’s spare Governor Dapo Abiodun today, what are the jobs of the local government chairmen in Ogun state?

ABEOKUTA NORTH is nothing to write home about, especially SAJE, ELEGA, IBEREKODO to MAWUKO! and we have a chairman in charge of these areas? What has been his job and achievements so far?

If we don’t start calling out our inactive chairmen, then how are contributing to community development?

Local governments cannot be effective. They are too many and too poor. All the Chairmen can do is steal the little crumps left for them and embark on cosmetic insignificant projects.

It is myopic, pedestrian and ignorant reasoning to blame local government chairman for poor roads leaving the state government and federal government out of it. The local government architecture is not functioning in Nigeria leaving a lot of lacuna.

Ogun state has always been very unfortunate, just like Kogi and Abia, they've always been ruled by unfortunate, useless, greedy and foolish governors.
Even with all the revenues and all the excess fund spill they receive from Lagos constantly, the govenors just embezzles EVERYTHING!

Ogun state have some of the worst roads In south West Nigeria and the state makes the most money outside Lagos in the South West region of Nigeria.

Where are they spending their money?

i wonder why the hometown of most past leaders is nothing to write home about....
