It happens.

Even if Dan have paid you buyer can still cancel transaction and his/her money will be refunded.

So what happens in this instance, you credit dan or balance up with subsequent sale(s)?

It happened to someone I know. Dan said that they will close his account but the guy have already spent the money.

They later settled that dan will reduce the money from future sells.

You must have read somewhere on this thread that all you need is here. Yea that's true. I'm a testimony to that. And I have contributed to the little I met.

For newbies and oldbies, I decided to collect all relevant data on domain biz here from page 1 till now in a pdf format. Instead of repeating questions and jumping from one space to another. Or looking for one special magic. Everything from boss and gurus here are in detail in this ebook.
What's included:
Guide on what the biz is all about.
What to do before you purchase a name.
Tools and websites are needed for a better domain.
Top trending names.
Mistakes to avoid in choosing names.
Expired domain different filters
Different sales letters for different purposes.
Set of mail properly
Parking and listing
Extract emails and tools
Track of mails
Trusted persons on this platform for exchange.
Connect with the right source from marketplaces like dan, Epik.
How to cash with different platforms like Payoneer and PayPal, with different experiences.
Delist and relist.
Drop catch and eBay flipping.
The list continues.

Asking price: 3k

Note: All these are available here. But for a quick start and simplest guide from experience here with proofs is the reason for this ebook.

For your interest in it. Contact my WhatsApp directly https:///message/4SP757NVHSAUI1

Pls, don't quote this information.
More easy business guides and sales to us all.

Wishes,
Benny.

Glory and thanks to God Almighty!

October made it the first time I sold more than two domain names in a month grin, although the sales figures might not seem so awesome for some people here.

That feat, however, is behind why I decided to share these reports. Maybe someone could get some encouragement from them. Progress. We shall get there. cool

The reports (all names in .com):

Name - Denver/Bail/Bonds/Service
Price sold - 100
Sale type - Outbound (reduced & followed up)
Hold time - 9+ months

Name - Florida/RV/Repair
Price sold - 299
Sale type - Outbound
Hold time - <2 months

Name - Austin/TX/Home/Loans
Price sold - 100
Sale type - Outbound (reduced & followed up)
Hold time - 9 months

Name - The/Brookline/Dentist
Price sold - 250
Sale type - Outbound
Hold time - 10 days

Name - Jacksonville/Foot/Care
Price sold - 299
Sale type - Outbound (reduced & followed up)
Hold time - 6+ months

Personal Notes

- The total sales value for October was the highest I have managed in any month all these years!

- I outbounded for names that were under 60 days lock for the first time to see what could go wrong; sold two of those. I usually waited until after 60 days.

- With the Florida sale, I experienced the dreaded DAN payment issue first-hand. I might not have been aware of it were it not for the follow-up I did to all contacts after the initial emails. I was contemplating to stop doing follow-ups that don't involve price reduction because I didn't notice any benefits; only apparent inconvenience to leads. But this incident has made me rather confused about whether to stick to that decision.

- The Brookline name was probably the first I had registered in a long time for a city having not close to 100,000 inhabitants. I just decided to give it a try seeing that some people here have sold names for smaller cities.

- I didn't plan the follow-up that led to the Jacksonville name sale. While reading some posts on the thread last Friday, I saw a suggestion to offer Halloween discounts. I just decided to do that for the name and one other; got the sale notification in the night. Strange thing is that I was prepared to renew that name if it didn't sell.

Keep the hope alive if you are still hoping for your first sales. These reports are mainly intended to encourage anyone that might be feeling unlucky (like me cheesy).

Let's keep learning everyday - this thread helps a lot! I found out many folks that became aware of this stuff after me don become bosses; I am not too shy or proud to learn from them. You gats to gba f'oga e anyhow. cheesy

The next milestone I'm targeting now are sales greater than $350. Good luck and more sales to us all in Jesus's name.

When sending outbound emails, should I send via a company's "contact us" link or do I search for a separate email address?

Longtime Pals.
Since we no report sales make we report acquisition.

Saw this domain action, and decided to play by bidding on it, funny enough nobody made another bid after mine and I eventually won the auction.

Never wanted to pay but I don't want another negative score

So had to look for money and pay for it this morning after a second reminder from the guy.

Won the auction for $105 but sent him $106 PayPal, so incase they touch the money with their fees.

You had a great month bro. The sales may not be up to $350 each but they do add up nicely wink. Congratulations

@bolded I worry about this and stop sending follow ups on some older geos of mine after a while. I feel it's pestering endusers. I should probably do give away for one or two of these domains

How often do you send follow up/reduction emails over the year on a single domain? can you share the letter you use?
