At first when I saw the first bolded I was ooooh... Then I saw the second one it was clearer that you not into dropshipping or even thinking in the direction of dropshipping. Lolx

Pls do well to read the thread over from page 1. I mentioned a few things about Alibaba.

2. Shipping and price of shipping aren't issues, if you don't like the terms of one supplier, move to the another

3. You don't run out of stock. The whole system is automated, you can immediately switch supplier if that was too happen.

Once again these questions aren't inline with dropshipping.

MINI IMPORTATION VS DROPSHIPPING

I don't know why people keep misinterpreting both subjects as different entities. They are actually brothers with just different lifestyles.
Dropshipping is the poor man version of Mini importation which also happens to be the poor man version of importation business.
Dropshipping is a business model you venture into if you do not own the finance required to procure an inventory from OUR CHINESE SUPPLIERS. Like it or not, China is the home of almost every business in the world right now and telecoms solely depend on China for everything. Good thing I am into telecoms. Having supplies from china is very very affordable hence why people world over choose this option.
Most Chinese suppliers want to sell wholesale to get the benefits of cheaper products or pay more for fewer quantities like a single piece. The wholesale numbers can range from 50 - 1,000. That may be the terms of some suppliers and when you do the maths, it’s running into hundreds of thousands of naira. Then there are the problem exchange rates, language issues, and then finding shipping agents among several other issues arising from buying goods from china for inventory. Then there is the issue of waiting. This is basically mini importation and all its challenges.
Then there was the option of where one can find products at a cheap rate, relate in English, buy a single product, and need not worry about the exchange rate. The idea of dropshipping was built from here. All I have to do is find these cheap products I can buy single quantities at a time and sell to my customers and still make a profit like a man who keeps an inventory.

Now there are risks involved in both business models but before we go into the risk involved in both, lets quickly say here that the most sustainable option among both business models is the mini importation. Yes, many people would have expected me to root for the dropshipping model but the truth needs to be said, the disadvantages of dropshipping outweigh that of the other ones. But you want that quick money? yes yes, dropshipping is your guy.
ok, let’s get this thing settled

1 DROPSHIPPING IS A SCAM WITH PAYMENT GATEWAYS
This is the reason why ya'all hear Paypal cracking down on accounts. The business model is scammy in nature and only a true internet guru will tell you this. It’s very easy for me to get like 100 orders and decide not to fulfill any of them. Imagine 100orders worth around 3000USD and you didn’t fulfill even one but you receive all the funds. After all, you got nothing to lose and you call it free money? Your Paypal is going to receive loads of chargebacks and subsequently, your account will be suspended. This is the major issue most payment companies have with dropshipping simply because it doesn’t present itself as a legit business. Mind you, there are ways you can improve your trust with these companies and run a legit dropshipping business, simply be legit and promptly fulfill orders and nothing is going to happen to your business. But with mini importation, you want to make sure you exhaust your inventory and possibly reorder as soon as possible.

2. TIME OF DELIVERY
When you as a drop shipper is delivering your item in let’s say one week super fast. Mini importers are just about 2days away from their customers. But the problem with mini importers is having a wider customer audience to ship. They are mostly restricted to their localities and cannot process for foreign customers from other countries. Dropshippers cannot actually services any and every country in the world.

3. LARGE INVENTORY/SMALL INVENTORY
As a dropshipper, you are basically free to sell any and every product you can find online. You have a very very large array of products to advertise and show in your store but this luxury isn’t afforded the mini importer. He can only buy the few products within the budget and cannot possibly order every product on the market and don’t forget he is going to deal with minimum order quantity so basically he has to stick with a very few numbers of products in a particular niche and most times stick with just one product.

2 THERE LITERALLY SEVERAL WAYS TO CONTACT SELLERS, FOR FINDING THEM, USE OBERLO OR THE ALIEXPRESS SITE BY SORTING WITH THEIR RATINGS

3 FINDING CONTENT IS ONE THING, CREATING IT IS ANOTHER, YOU CAN CONTRACT IT OUT TO FREELANCERS. DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU WANT, BUT YOU CAN SIMPLY USE PRODUCT IMAGES FOR ADS....

What is the difference between Shopify and Alidropship?

Looking at the way PayPal can just wake up and block an account and the conversion issue one MIGHT face using paystack or flutterwave can we use Payoneer as a payment gateway?

What makes dropshipping so attractive and almost a first choice to people on Shopify? Simple, it has an array for tools that seamlessly connects the Shopify platform to sellers in china. Need I mention how stress-free it is to just find a product and Shopify does everything else? All you have to do is decide on a product you wish to sell and put it up on your store and that's it, once a buyer clicks on the product to buy, contacting the seller, paying the seller, shipping and every other thing is done by Shopify, you won't even have to click a button. Not everybody reading this content now have heard about drop shipping, and there are those of us who have heard but have absolutely no idea what the subject is and then some of us who know a whole lot but just can't manage to get things going for them properly.
We are all going to pretend like we are all newbies so here is what is dropshipping(it's a single word NOT drop shipping)?
The simple definition is taking goods from one seller and helping to sell it to a buyer at a profit. Simple eh?
Yes, that's just what it is about. But here let's break it down in detail and business terms.
You find a product which some persons are interested in buying, you go to aliexpress.com(a Chinese website where loads of people all over the world buy goods from for very cheap prices and good quality) to find a seller of that product for a reasonable amount, then you show the buyer(your customer) this product on your website when the person buys the product from your website, you, in turn, go to your Chinese seller from Aliexpress and order the product but this time, you will enter the exact details of your customer so that the product will be sent to your customer directly you are basically doing nothing at all but you keep the profit. Let's say you put a price tag of N10,000 on the product on your website but the Chinese supplier or seller is selling at N3,500 with shipping expenses included, the N6,500 difference becomes your profit. The maths you just saw is literally how you're going to make your profit, like nothing more, nothing less. This is not sugar coating, it's the exact laid out pure fact which some persons here are very well familiar with
Now, why can't the buyer just go directly to the Chinese seller? This is the question everyone asks. The answer is simple, there are many variables that could play a part to make these customers or buyers buy from you instead of going to let's say Jumia or aliexpress or Amazon. If I go to any one of the listed sites, am actually going to search for something that I WANT to buy for instance want a hair clipper, I'll simply go to any one of these websites and search for it specifically, meaning am going there on a mission of finding a hair clipper to buy. But in the case of drop shipping, you bring the product and advertise it to the customer. You brought the awareness to this customer, they may not necessarily need this product but you made them realize that this product could solve a problem for them, then they are most definitely buying your product and again, you must have created a channel to enable the customer reach you and find out more info about this product you are selling to them. So in the long run, you are have established a relationship with these customers, something the above-listed website won't do.
Also, these websites are actually huge markets for basically everything(every Niche) but your own isn't a market but a store because you into one particular Niche for instance fitness, all you do is sell fitness products like skipping ropes, dumbbells, yoga mats, etc. So you are targeting a particular audience which will, in turn, build trust but also long term commitment. You can even target a particular gender, for instance, women when you are into beauty Niche...
The above reason is why many people fail in this business, they try to sell any product that looks good to them in their Shopify store, from makeup kit to football jersey to phone accessories... Wow. wait, does it sound reasonable at all?

Read alot about Dropshipping. Some of the information's are valid while some ain't valid.

Dropshipping can only be scam if you make it so. It is true most products are inferior but does not mean you can't filter the lists of hundreds of suppliers.

Payment gateway isn't an issue anymore. There is paystack and flutterwave but I prefer flutterwave because it releases fund to you in 72 hours or less. Test and proven. You can also accept PayPal payment without owning a PayPal account.

Another is the long time it takes to deliver product can be handled on your shipping & handling info...

Will be dropping more info on how you can get dropshipping started, what type of store converts, product research and validation, organic promotions and how you can automate it with integromat, paid promotions that works

I also will be offerring FREE dropshipping service to 3 individuals only, from product research, store setup, payment gateway, social profile setup that keeps your audience coming back but you will need money for your resources can't share mine.

So basically I can say you may not even need PayPal since it now has some foreign payments options like American express

The name is stripe! Stripe is literally the biggest and the best payment gateway in the world.
As for the thread, it looks dead but not dead... Just tried to find improve on even more ways to make money online that are far better than dropshipping
