I'm not religious per se; infact , I don't remember when last I went to church. I was only enthused by your logic, which almost seem impeccable until one consider the fact that people of Buddhist origin do convert to Christianity, thus, negates the logic you're driving at.

Cos, there wouldn't be a transition from Buddhism to Christianity if the idea of Christ doesn't make perfect sense to them.

I'm sure Buddhist didn't just begin to exist and even in the bible times there were many people who worshiped their/other gods so what she/he will do is nothing new under the sun. I'm sure people have done so already and will still.

The main thing is to hear the word/info and decide on ur path or if it's worth entertaining it. We learned science and believed it's laws. As humans u must be open to the truth especially when it makes sense or gives u answers u seek.

I'm sure Buddha and others were all seeking a path so something, somewhere or someone. Of they got it right is the question. At the end of the day u believe is what u agree with.

The mere fact that a person could get disaffected and disillusioned by any religion, and subsequently transition to something else, is a blatant negation of the idea of any religion being sacrosanct to all it follower as you were trying to herald, given that you made a blanket statement that if a person is of a particular religious disposition, he's impregnable to other religious idea - in your own word: it makes no sense to he or she.

It is by this I pointed out that; the existence of converts in all religion run diametric with your logic.
