1. Where did you buy the Redmi Note 8 from?

2. Is it Chinese Version with Global ROM(Blue Carton) or Global Version (White Carton)?

3. In the RN9 series only the Vanilla RN9 is MTK, 9S and 9 Pro are all Snapdragon 720G, so you had the Snapdragon options

Glo also sent me the same message but the 4G popped up. I'm only having this problem with MTN. I don't know if it's the new update that led to it or not.

You are using a Chinese Version with Global ROM flashed on it and it doesn't support MTN's Band 7 and 20.

And the band 3 they are rolling out is still in very few locations.

You can't buy PB on AliExpress as some sellers don't ship to 9ja. If you're lucky they ship, it must be via DHL.
Sellers of both brands you mentioned are on Xiaomi Thread Store. The likes of Macbeyl_and, Is_com and Maxim_atic (ROM_OSS only)

Since I updated to Android 11, my theme just scatter. And till this moment I haven't seen any theme like ny previous in the Theme store.

Yeah, I've been using it all day and it's been good so far. I even messed around with the Security App in the morning to confirm whether it was really the problem and surprisingly nothing happened.

I'll avoid the app going forward sha. If I experience the bug again I'll have to find the time to return the phone now that it's still fresh in my hands.
