I have tried paying the IHS surcharge of 1680 dollars using paga verve and paga linking my GTB to my paga account but it takes me back to the UK site saying "Error, we are having technical problems"
Is this a problem from the IHS site or is it the paga transaction?
Has anyone had this challenge and how did you pay for your IHS surcharge please?

The date you pick doesnt matter. You have to send the tb centre here in Nigeria the date you want for appointment

Have you tried calling them out on Social Media? Twitter & the likes? Perhaps, you can be patient till you achieve your goal (Visa insurance etc) then you can start, they will refund you, their image matters to them when you call them out... Sorry about your experience.

Don't be quick to let go of your money. Card refunds can take up to 28 days. What was their response when you contacted them about the failed transaction?

I have called them out and showed all the proofs of the failed transaction. Infact I abandoned that application so they wont come back and say the payment went through.
Now these 3 have the guts to say the transaction was successful, when the visa page is still asking for payment. That transaction failed.

If you used your gtbank MasterCard. Report the failed transaction to your bank (email them with evidence). It'll be resolved.

Your seat number is the same number with your bag and it won't be difficult to get your luggage. Just remember what your bag looks like, check the numbers and your name should be on your bag tag as well. You won't see your luggage till your arrival.

I can imagine what you are going through .

Paga and flutterwaves needs to confirm to your bank that the transaction failed, they can also credit your Paga wallet/bank account directly .

If all means of resolution fails , please go to Paga office at Yaba (3rd floor ,176 Herbert Macaulay way)

Well, I booked via phone call this morning and was requested for my email ID which I gave, not up to 5mins, they sent me a mail confirming I booking so I think it might be necessary but I’m not sure

Upgrade to level 3 and use Paga by paying from your Paga wallet not Paga verve.
