We are still looking for water in this well, 38 feet down and no water in sight, we have even hit the black soil which looks like coal soils. That's the nature of Enugu lands.

the property is an upstair,

1X - 3 bedroom flat downstairs.
3X - 1 bedroom mini-flat upstars.

The dimensions are approximately 50ft X 28ft.

Updates from this site today, we have almost completed the foundation block works, but the foundation trenches are not yet completed, more excavations when we fill more areas of the foundation.

Casting the foundation beams with concrete, note that we havemade provisionsfor the plumbingpipes, we are doing a conduit piping system in this house..........
