I don't think Custom fee will apply since it will be sent through Aliexpress Standard Shipping, custom charge is application if it was shipped through DHL, FDex and co. I may be wrong though

since i started using aliexpress i have never paid custom duty, i only dash post office people the 100/200 naira they request. I always use aliexpress standard shipping and sometimes free shipping. My current phone xiaomi mi max 2 came from aliexpress standard shipping and i paid chikini money to collect it. I think 200 or 500

9s is a better device than note 9 and it's certainly worth the extra bucks. But if your budget can buy just the note 9, then get it. It's a capable device itself especially the 4gb ram variant
