Please help with your sisters school name, please God bless you.
Janet200:

You need to search and email the different department cords. Type MPA graduate assistant, on google you will see a lot of schools, look at their requirements and go for the one that suits your profile.

Hello House,

I just got denied in Abuja. I would post my transcript soon. How soon can I apply for another student visa and please what is the possibility of getting a date and my visa approved before Jan 15th ?

You were there this morning? Interviewed by the black gentleman in booth 7?

Please, do you know if I will have to pay another visa fee if I switch from Lagos to Abuja after scheduling a date in Abuja? I am asking because I need an earlier date.

Tulane offers application fee waiver for a couple of their programs especially PhD... It is nothing to worry about.

Anybody with no funding and his/her Visa was approved recently?
If so, what is your total cost of attendance?

Yes, I was in 60 days to the start of your program. Program start date is 28 Dec. I waited for 4days after sevis fee was confirmed before applying. Uploaded all necessary documents also. The denied mail has no reason stated.

Did you allowed the DS160 to have been submitted at least 3 days before requesting for emergency?

If you have cancelled or rescheduled before, then you'd need to pay VISA fee cuz one can only cancel or reschedule once. If you've not, you can terminate your Lagos appointment and book with Abuja if you're sure of early available dates in Abuja.

You can only request for an expedited appointment "once". Also you must not have been denied visa in the last 6months to qualify for an expedited appointment; meaning if you were denied visa between May and October 2020. You don't qualify for an expedited appointment again. Therefore, you'll have to wait for earlier dates in Nov or Dec 2020 to pick a new appointment date. Thank you.

The white guy that interviewed me @ booth 8 today was a nice man.. Giving it out, the person before got, 3 after me got.. 5 straight. The black consular officer before him was asking one guy a lot of questions guyman de fling answer up and down (he'd already started classes but still chop L).
Abuja doesnt have much applicants interviewing there comparatively, u wont even find a place to photocopy anything should u forget a doc, none of all these charlatans hanging around Lagos embassy as reported.. Just a few hausa bois far out @ the car park asking u to "celebrate ur visa with them".. lol
Tosey dem deny person i wonder wetin d bois for talk

How many times can you view the appointment calendar before your account is blocked?
Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 15 by zeeLady: 8:30pm On Nov 16, 2020
It may or may not, just depends on the VO who is interviewing. If there is some gap between your last interview and next interview, it might be justifiable. All in all, it is still subjective.

Hi guys I need your advice.

If I were to reschedule for another appointment and make changes to my new DS-160 I.e. saying I'm employed now while I mentioned I wasnt employed in the former ds-160, would that affect my interview in any way?

P.S. I am a freelancer, but didn't mention that previously.

Since time is far spent already, today is already 16th, was denied emergency appointment, been waiting for new dates for almost two weeks now. What do u guys suggest I do? My program begins in January 3rd.

I’m really very confused and worried now. I call the embassy everyday, and they say there’s nothing that can be done, I should just keep monitoring my page hoping they release early dates soon. I don’t just want to be hoping there and time is going.

Please guys advise me on what to do......Thanks.

Just keep your options open for defer. It’s not a do or die affair, it hurts yes but when something is out of your control, what do you do? Ask yourself that. I am also checking when new dates drop as well. Weight all your options right now and don’t let this affect your state of mind. Better days ahead.
