the two party can zone their ticket to the region, just as we did in previous elections, talking about love ,nobody loved Buhari until the west decided to support him.in Nigeria nobody love anybody .

Keep your narrative of 'nobody love Buhari' to yourself. I love Buhari and have voted for him right from his democratic sojourn.
It is you guys hatred for him that'll actually hunt any South Eastern candidate in the next election.

it's that suspicion that the ndigbo needs to work on before 2023. If Nnamdi kanu had not come I am telling you that most Nigerians would have chosen an Igbo man to be the next president. but kanu came and started insulting every tribe. started laying claims to other ethnic nationalities, turned igbos to be foreigners by claiming that they were Jews. This caused the current aura of suspicion amongst the population. what made it worse was the Igbo elites tacitly(at times openly) supporting kanu's madness. if ndigbo denounces kanu and cautions him watch as how the suspicions will melt and see the clamour of Igbo presidency. Don't forget that the Nigerian electoral system is gamed towards one region. WHAT WE NEED TO BE DISCUSSING RIGHT NOW IS HOW TO RESTRUCTURE THIS COUNTRY
At least the governors are not supporting MNK.
Why didn't OPC affect the yorubas or Boko haram affect the northerners

An Igbo will be a President of Biafra, not Nigeria.

Come 2023, it is either Tinubu the Jagaban Borgu or Osinbajo the Pastor Professor.

Think about it, Nigeria is going down despite how much we love and support Nigeria and Buharis administration Nigeria is really going down.

Yesterday I read that the country is broke that out of 1.64trillion naira revenue like over 1trillion is used to settle debts and Nigeria is still borrowing.

Think just a few days ago electric Cars were launched in Nigeria, its going viral I'm foreign countries sooner or later the era of oil would be over and Nigeria didn't achieve anything tangible from all the decades of oil wealth.

Am not saying we Igbo's are the best but don't u think we should be allowed to try our hands to see if we can solve this problem.

Igbo's are looked with suspicion by almost every Nigerian tribe do u think after all the begging and agitation we finally get presidency we would go there and have a fun fair or party?

I am 100 percent in favour of an Igbo being president. Sadly, the dynamics of Nigerian politics is against it. Except PDP and APC both agree to field Igbo candidates the Igbo have no chance of winning the 2023 polls. All I am saying is that Igbo should be a lot more strategic in their approach to Nigerian politics.

Nobody hated Buhari from the onset just that our people have been so much used to the PDP that they don't want to change.

This your assertion does not affirm the reality, rather it's their hatred for Buhari that was transfer to his party the APC.

I do not come to this conclusion base on what i read online alone, rather my day to day interaction with people from that zone.

Its not like over night people wake up and dont like the igbos ,it is from their behavior and how they have acted over time that led to that.
Just propaganda. Thank God for the social media that has exposed many of your lies against the great igbos.

Pls cite one example of such behavior of an Igbo man that elicited such hatred

Other tribes were grouped into geopolitical zones.

And at least someone from their Geo political zone has stayed in aso rock for an extended period of time.

I support Northeast/ South east ticket.

nah!!! since its by tribe other tribes have not ruled. at least the ibos have had azikwe, and ironsi as governor general/president /head of state, ekueme as vp, anyim as Senate president, okadigbo as Senate president along with about two others. where are the north east in this arrangement, the south/south only had Jonathan(from old eastern region block) and omo agege(from Midwestern region block). what about the benins, the efik, ibibios, jukuns tivs, and the rest. E BE LIKE SAY UNA THINK SAY NA ONLY UNA WAZOBIA TRIBES GET NIGERIA

So with all these happening you still feel it's easier to achieve Biafra than Igbo presidency which happens to be your constitutional right?
Do you know how many wrongs the latter would correct which would eventually lead to the birth of the former?
What wrongs will it change?

the only region yet to rule Nigeria is the north east. other tribes with significant population have yet to rule the country. the benins, the igalas, the tivs, the efiks, the ibibios, the jukuns. Unfortunately right now the only persons the igbos have are the establishment politicians. What we need in Nigeria right now are leaders that will build institution and not one of the persons showing interest is capable of doing it. Nigerians are no longer interested in which tribe is ruling

Kingsley Moghalu will do well if given the chance. He is an Igbo man.

A meeting of past leaders was held concerning Nigeria in general and the entire SE had no representative.

You observe the double standards.

OPC a group demanding the breakup of Nigeria is allowed to roam free in the south west yet nobody said SW shouldn't rule cause they want to break Nigeria.

Niger Delta militants that a lot of called for Nigeria's breakup or resource control are compensated heavily financially but they should be allowed to rule.

Even Boko haram members from the north asking for Islamic state the terrorists who have maimed and killed thousands nobody said the people from the north shouldn't rule for granting them amnesty.

But the east that the governors proscribed ipob that even when the army and police clamp down on them and kill them even when their only crime was just holding flags and protesting peacefully, the governors remain silent to these crime against our people just to please the Nigerian state. For this reason we can't rule is that not injustice?

Anyway, Igbo has been loyal to PDP since 1999, we are waiting for South-East candidate from PDP in 2023.
except south west.they are not allowed to contest.they should support south east

These is my problem with our SE politicians and some indigenes.

Pls you don't make a threat to make a political statement Nigetia is 200Million population its clear SE was not even the majority then how dare you threatening other region to forcefully give you presidency it can not work.

Biko who are you threaten? You all forget Nigerians as a citizen don't fear threat infact it make them more stubborn and adamant to do your worst. I swear las las the song will end Oh its Biafra we want or nothing!!!

So we(igbo)can ask for presidency in a country we claimed we do not belong to? So we can ask for presidency in zoogerian So we no longer a zionist Jew crap bah? So we forgot the slogan Nigerian must fall? Oh we forgot those who tore their Nigeria passport and said Nigeria is dead.

Pls sorry to say these *You can not and never enjoy a dream you do not belief in****

We do not believe in Nigeria from onset till date so what do Igbo want? In politics you build bridges and not walls Igbo need to first drop all garment of pride, arrogant, abusive, divisiveness, tribalism/racism/xenophobism, hatred to other tribe then they are ready to mingle as Nigerian failure to do these let us forget it.

some of the governors appeared to tacitly support him.
Boko Haram is a "north east" issue not core north, and who says it's not affecting the northeasterners politically.

No way. You are going no where. When Goatluck Jona was there sharing positions and money to you people without building any infrastructure, you did not say you wanted to go. When Obasanjo was there sharing money and position to you people without building a single infrastructure, you did not say you wanted to go. Now that there is no free money to your individual pockets but infrastructure is being built especially in South West and Core North, you now remember that you are Biafrans not Nigerians.
