Victor Hugo Peralta Rodriguez, who goes by @victor-h-peralta on Instagram, has been tattooed by more than 80 artists around the world and is covered from head to toe in unique designs.
Despite having hundreds of ink and body modifications, Victor, who is originally from Uruguay and now lives in Argentina with his partner Gaby, recently underwent his latest change - getting the number six cut into his head by removing the tissue and engraving it into the skin.
He says the scarification process is the first step of a complete '666' piece - a number commonly associated with the Antichrist or the devil.
But Victor insists it holds no religious meaning for him - but admits he is doing it to spite religious people.

"The number six is a part of what will be the complete piece 666, this will have to do with the number of the beast," he said.
"The number six only, for me, has no meaning. I do the three six because I hate religious people and what they do doesn't interest me, for that reason I do it out of repudiation of the church.
"It was done by a colleague and friend here in Buenos Aires Argentina at my local Querubin Tattoo Studio.
"Performing one of the sixes took about an hour of work and due to a question of schedules, it could not be completed in a single session.
"The second and last session will be held shortly to complete the work."
Victor explained that the procedure was performed under local anaesthesia but said he still felt pain at times as his tissue was removed.

It's a unique look. He added: "I have already had seven scarifications.
"It is very likely that I will do others but it is not premeditated but when I have the desire to do so, I contact the artist to coordinate a shift."
Victor himself has been a tattoo artist for 26 years.
Talking about his love of tattoos, he said: "From a very young age, I was attracted to colourful art and at the age of 13, I got my first tattoo, which was the word f*** on the fingers of my left hand, and I did it myself.
"Since then, I've never stopped tattooing myself, and today at 50 years old I have 95% of my body tattooed including my tongue and genitals."
Victor also has a number of body modifications, including 11 subdermal implants, piercings, metal teeth, a split and tattooed tongue, various scarifications, lobe expansions, ear incisions, microdermals and has even had his eyeball tattoed.
He got his first piercing - a nose piercing - when he was 22 and has had his scrotum pierced, but now only wears piercings in his septum, ears and nipple.

He is a fan of the macabre and he does not care what people think
Victor's favourite tattoos are the ones on his face, which he has completed himself, while his favourite piercing was his septum.
He added: "These days I do not have so many piercings.
"I had around 40 on my face a long time ago, but my favourite was the septum."
The tattoo artist admits his most painful tattoos were on the head of his penis, his face and ears, but says they do not compare with the pain of pigmenting his tongue.


As for what his family and friends think of his look, Victor said: "They are used to seeing me like this and they like it and they have seen my transformation and encourage it."
However, Victor admits that not everyone is a fan of his unique look, explaining: "There are many people who do not agree with this style of life and criticise because they don't understand the taste of others, those people are generally old and have prejudices or religious beliefs.
"I don't let it affect me and I don't pay attention to them.
"The tattoos on my face make me unique, I do not want to look like anyone, they are my idea and designed and executed by friends.
"There are many people with tattooed faces and many make their faces like skulls, although those tattoos are beautiful, I am not interested in looking like others."
While Victor has no desire to get more piercings in the future, he will continue to have tattoos.
He added: "Tattoos have accompanied me throughout my life and they are my favourites both to wear on my skin or to make them on other people, they are very important in my life."
