FOOD 4 THOUGHT

Put a frog into a vessel fill with water and start heating the water.

As the temperature of the water begins to rise, the frog adjust its body temperature accordingly.

The frog keeps adjusting its body temperature with the increasing temperature of the water. Just when the water is about to reach boiling point, the frog cannot adjust anymore.

At this point the frog decides to jump out. The frog tries to jump but it is unable to do so because it has lost all its strength in adjusting with the rising water temperature.

Very soon the frog dies.
What killed the frog?
Think about it!
I know many of us will say the boiling water.

But the truth about what killed the frog was its own inability to decide when to jump out.

We all need to adjust with people & situations, but we need to be sure when we need to adjust & when we need to move on.

There are times when we need to face the situation and take appropriate actions.

If we allow people to exploit us physically, emotionally, financially, spiritually or mentally they will continue to do so.

Let us decide when to jump!
Let's jump while we still have the strength

The fear mongers can only do their worst today...lets see how far they can sink the market today. After today, the fear will begin to wane and normalcy will gradually return.

Bad-mouth the bullgrin
Mcy56:

Bros, bull of 2 and half months cant be referred to as stage managed!
NBS did not bring about the bull.
If you check NBS reports very well, they spoke from both sides of the mouth. Same NBS says recession and still talked about improvement in the economy. They are confused and tried to do damage control after reporting the recession.
The thing is, if you missed out of the bull, another opportunity don dey present itself...............No one should bad mouth the bull. grin tongue

but why not buy in stagger now that the market is going down?

You want to rather chase the market when its running up?

Too early to start buying in tranches, that's correct. You wait until bottom seems apparent, then you buy in tranches, making sure you buy at the day's low.

Zenith, FBNH, Access are really getting attention despite much offers on ground................
If Zenith should mistakenly get to 20 and below, investors will grab with both hands.............my opinion.......
Zenith, no doubt the most liquid stock on the exchange..................... smiley
Fits into Jijo, short, medium and long term investing..........

Don't panic yet, I bought GSK last week Monday in the Morning 6.95, it drop to 6.4 same day. Then on Tuesday it started rising in the Morning hoping to that it will drop in the afternoon just like how it happen on Monday it did not drop and it was on full gear till Friday.

Unfortunately I set buy order at 6.85 and 6.7 on Friday, before I login this morning the order has been filled, my average price is 6.56.

Let wait and see how Market behave this week, anyway I will sell some this week when the price reach 7.2 that will give me at least 7 - 8% profit and my average price will go down to 6.26.

I don set my lootbag for 21.80 and another at 23 while nibbling some afolabi units at 24 this morning. It's a good day.

I expected this. When NBS released the gist of recession..
What some folks didnt see is that they also provided figures that hinted at a recovery. grin

This ban is getting much oo

Anyway this isn't Biden bull oo. This is local players PFAs and Institutional Investors moving funds to select coys.

Since CBN stopped them from participating in OMO Bills from Nov last year, the last 1yr OMO Bills will be maturing this November. So expect funds to be entering the stock market till December. Be taking your profits as they come because when the locals decide to pull the plug, no be here e go be oo.

With the news of the recession, the plug has been pulled. We dey for sideline dey watch.
