Atimes bad network can contribute to this delay in payment.

MBA said due to database upgrades, those who invested via physical branches should wait till December before they get paid. Also, those who invested online should wait too. After that announcement, certain persons who invested offline and online are still getting paid.

The question is that is MBA still accepting investments from whose who invested in physical branches and those who invested offline? Does the database upgrade not affect new investments or is it only payouts it affects?

I have been to the offices a couple of times in Lagos and PH recently and new offline investors were being signed on. You would expect that they would have stopped that in view of this supposed "migration".
