Wow! It's part of the learning process.

You'll learn to patiently time your entry next time by waiting for better pull-backs before putting your fund to avoid FOMO.

It's not yet a loss until you sell

Don't worry, you'll come back better.

Always learn a lesson from any set-back in your investment.

This will make you a better investor and not a bitter one.

Naira traded at 525 to a dollar in 2016 and everyone thought the world had ended. It still dropped to N360 and stayed there for a while. This too shall pass.

Based on risk assessment in financial institution dollar will hit 550 in 2021 and most are already adjusting to that projection. As for me and family a percentage of my fund has been moved to crypto for long term

There will be little or no impact positive or negatively in fact Unilever has operated more in years of border been opened than when border was closed.
Unilever stock will be affected basically by the state of the economy generally not on just a single act of opening border. The purchasing power of consumers is what should be of concern.
If you enter the stock at bottom price and ready for the long term nothing to worry about whether border open or not.

How come?
You guys still needs more learning on patience sometimes.
What happened to you averaging down?
As an investor and trader especially, you need to deal with your emotions, have a personal objective on why you're investing and decide the type of investor you want to be.
Understanding this will assist you to make some better investment decisions.
Stock market is not just about the Bull alone, but also about the bear. About the operating environment and it's economic situation.
Make I stop there, I wan go market. grin

NB: I'm really learning some things from the book " How to Day Trade For A Living" courtesy of Coolcash1 (and few other books anyway) grin
Thanks Bro. cool

Loco I didn't say anything about overnight turnaround, this takes time but gradually it will continue to have positive impact on the coy. It's just my opinion anyway, I may wrong.
I remembered when I mentioned that acquisition of Savannah Sugar was a plus to dangsugar, it didn't happen overnight but we can all see the positive effect on the share price thereafter.
That's the kind of thing I implied.
Like I said, I may be wrong.

Newbies should stay away from JIJO!
It's not an area for beginners but for pros.
A lot goes into Jijo-ing more than you think, it's not only about buying or selling alone.
Some professionals handles it like a career.
When you're Jijo-ing, remember you're also trading together with the professionals who are more experienced and are in possession of many tools necessary to carry out the trade successfully more than you are.

Chai!!! See as Mcy is just dishing out info offhand like a pro. Lol. grin

If they can have basic knowledge on when to key into a stock, they will win.

They need to know resistance, breakout, support etc.

Plenty school fees onboard.
