for snacks you can bake meatpie. it does not require much kneading since it is a short crust pastry.

The gizdodo, coleslaw, cake, etc are too sweet for me. I get tired of sweet things easily; even when I eat out and buy salad/coleslaw on my food I seldom finish it.

Like anything, cooking takes practice. First time i tried it the end result looked like I was making a sacrifice to the gods.

The more you do it, the easier it becomes. Washing the beans in hot/warm water takes the stress out of washing it. And or blending it in pulse mode for a couple of seconds before washing it in hot/warm water.

I think my issue with baking started since I was a child. I dey see as my mum and sisters dey suffer to do one cake. E get the time when mumsie do one bread. After all her suffer the bread just kakaraka like cement
