Nothing is really wrong with your ego, people see drivers on ehailing platforms as lesser people and I feel some riders are ticking bombs waiting for the wrong time to explode, What i do is talk less and most times i mind my business when I notice you are one, I just ignore nd take you like a ghost not matter what you do.
I carried 3 girls yesterday and it was a lovely trip, this gals you will know they have class and well mannered gals

It is well boss, tho I don't blame dem some drivers take nonsense, riders r so engulfed in that fact drivers need rating, when drivers beg for rating, such abuse becomes inevitable. Lately folks use bike to get out of chevron traffic to V.I, they know how much they those bike men, even from Berger to Ikeja is using korope is 200 naira by 7, that's 1400, yet 3 persons will gather 300 and b looking for ride of 900. Drivers just have to wake up and stop picking stupid trips

Pope191, the truth is no place like Banana Island, Gbagada, Sangotedo or Lekki Phase 1 bla bla on Indriver. When a rider does not state the exact address in term of Street and the number, forget about that trip. Never bid. It picks my interest why driver will show interest in a trip that says destination is Ajah. Is Ajah a place like that. If it is on metered app like Uber or Bolt, it is understandable. But when on Indriver, you re shooting yourself in the leg of you take such trip. I've also learnt on Indriver that once a rider shows to be rude at the initial stage of the trip, slide Cancel while still go on with the trip. Trust me, no place for such dlrider to give you 1 star.

Na so 1 mumu was threatening of giving me 1 star last week cos I cancelled her trip after delaying me for more than 25 mins. And still dey prove to be right. I was already driving away when she kept telling me about how she will rate me bad.
She later used one of her boyfriends to harass as e pain am she no fit do any bad thing to my accoubt grin

Anoher thing, never take more than the required riders in your car. In fact, my rule now is 3 max. Imagine Oloshos new method of coming together like 4 or 5 on a trip of 600 naira. They will still be shouting at you to ON AC. Las las, the 4 or 5 of them share the 600 naira. As per Bluetooth, I have. But I have vowed never to allow rider connect to it again. All this entitlement MUST stop. Even on a trip of less than 5 mins, some want to use Bluetooth. Imagine an idiot asking for Bluetooth during the week. I later discovered that she needed it for voice note in her WhatsApp.

I dig everything boss

So far you click on Arriving now before rider comes, the paid waiting is always added to your fare. The calculation is in 5, 10, 15 mins etc. Paid waiting between 5 to 9 mins will count as 5 mins etc. The best Paid waiting time is when the trip is on surge. When not on surge, 5 mins adds 100 naira to your money. But in surge, you get more based on the kind of surge.

Sorry bro I wanted to say cancellation fee.

I'm okay with paid waiting, it's N24/min, when a rider tells "oga start trip while you are waiting" I will say don't worry, I'm okay.

Hello.. I would like to buy an Uber standard Honda Civic 2006 - 2007 with a budget of 650K. Anyone who has one for sale.

Go to jiji and filter your search according to your budget. You can also negotiate lower than the price put on each item on the site. Please, do your home work very well and go with a mechanic if you can. Don't rush, if you're not convinced with a car, let it go, another car will show on same jiji.

Good luck.

Hi guys, so yesterday I picked up a lady from Greenland estate Badore to Royal stopover hotel after Eleko. Trip was on a ×1.8 surge. Apparently the trip was booked by her friend.

Distance = 47.6KM, Duration: 111mins.

Trip ended at N9,100 (N800 discount) = N8,300

She started shouting that the price was too much, Bolt didn't give her that estimate bla bla bla. I explained to her that I wasn't the one that fixed the price and that she had to pay then complain to Bolt. She said she didn't have the money in her account, she had only 4K.

After waiting for so long and after it was obvious that she couldn't or wasn't going to pay more than that, I told her to send the 4K.

I put in "client paid less" and put in the amount she paid. Not long after I left there, a message on price review popped up. I couldn't find the message anymore because I clicked on it to view and it disappeared. I later checked the trip details and N4,800 was displayed (4000 she paid + 800 bonus).

Question is: Was there a glitch in the system or what exactly happened?

Abeg, make una help me reason the matter.

Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by northbird: 12:38pm On Nov 30, 2020
@ infinity.

It wasn't a glitch. A downward review was done on the price.

Bolt just needs a cut from the pie. It doesn't show the riders the exact fare, but it informs them that fares may be higher bla bla.

A typical rider ignores that.

Ha! bros dat is to do na...?

Wahala no fit finish ooh so why kill my self over it?

I'm content with what ever I see at the end of the week. My main focus is work my rental fee out, what ever that's left I manage it to sort my bills.

When I was driving for my formal partner b4 d Covid-19, most times I work mondays, Friday, Saturday's and Sundays only. What i do then is try complete 20trips on mondays, Tuesday morning I travel leaving the car at home then return Thursday. By noon Fridays I must-have completed my 20trips and b4 Sunday 10pm I'd gotten my 25k rental fee and still have money aside.

But now menh, the business is just getting really difficult.

Noted Bro. But what if the rider then paid like 2K? Would they have reduced the price to N2800?

Bolt surge trips make sense sha, when you are the driver.

So I experience new thing yesterday, tho it's for Indrivers

Maybe I need to work on my ego, cos I face 2 challenges yesterday and bag 1 star. First one were going to Isolo, 3 of them barely know where they r and can only use farm city as landmark, while they are ard Fola Osibo, I use d GPS to search for them, but drove pass them since I'm using d app to trace them, so deh call and notify that I have passed them, but don't know why ppl over talk b4 disconnecting the call, cos she say mumu and that just didn't sit well with me, drove back, gave her icily look and drove off. She called me and ask why I did that, blast her back by asking for the meaning of using the word mumu for someone she barely even know, she got dumb and end the call.

Indrivers pls take note of dis trip for ur own good, got a request from 1004 going to Banana island 1200, felt it was a good one as I was about calling it a day. Lately I notice some yahoo boiz has taken over 1004, the trip end up being 4 prolly unilag girls dat ca me for visitation (I don't pick 4), but I felt is short trip and I should quickly run it. First sign, was when one of them start by accusation using d F word, before taking the front sit, I look her and shake my head (Men are tryin, cos I honestly can't touch her with long pole), next she ask for Bluetooth, I have, but decline having one, next she tune to 98.5 grin I know say wahala do start, she put up d volume to the loudest, I put d volume down, she increase it again, I put it down again cheesy voice from the back, Oga! We no go pay u! Those talks irritate me, I reply on top how much, am I d only car on d road, here is a reserved area, when I got another request and the rider call, I have to put of d radio to pick her call, another wahala. Here is where I felt hurt the most and I hope drivers on Indriver take note, a ride to Banana Island is one thing, inside Banana Island goes another ride entirely, I covered almost 4km within d estate and I have to do another 4km out, yet i got to the house, these children are still trying to form opinion if I should take them inside d compound, before they could reach conclusion, I told dem to bury that idea, I'm not driving pass dis inch, which lead to her saying she will give me one star and I told her who cares? Before picking Banana Island trip, b certain the price is worth it.

As for those girls that comes in 4 now, like I will b avoiding dia trips, person don get experience pass completing all trips. Good morning fam!

I'm sorry you went through all that bro, but then, why Indriver when Surge full every where yesterday on Bolt?

That's how fvcked bolt is, this thing has happened to me before. But it was one Saturday that 3MB was closed in the evening so i was just turning and turning looking for alternative route, i still enter fuel station that day. After like 40mins, the guy say him no dey go mainland again make i end trip, fare was 1,300 he said he can only pay 1k cos we still dey same Lagos Island where i pick am from. I agreed told Bolt riddr paid less. Before i go know, Bolt reduce the fare to 1k i collected from the rider.

Going forward, pls confirm from your rider if he/she is the one that requested and saw the estimate. The last time i took a surge trip of 1.8x from Ebutte Meta to Ado road, the two women start to dey Para say them no fit pay 6.5k. I asked if they didnt see the estimate before they made the request, naxo them say na somebody request for them. OK, make una call the person ask am... Las Las, after confirmation, the women say ma 4k she fit pay. My complete that day sha

I think it is better he buys UK used and start working, if he is ready, than waiting to add to his current money to buy new phone.

Not that UK used phones are that bad. He should get a good brand. I've veen using my LG for over a year now, fell down several times and even inside water, still working. I'm just planning on changing the rough screen.

I always ask riders how much they saw when booking the ride. But I do this after starting the trip.

Most of them see it, some don't.

I always tell those that didn't check the price before booking to open their app and confirm.

Firstly, don't go to court on the matter if You truly took the one way, and if den don charge U to court, font plead guilty, let d car be dere till case is adjourned and find someone dat can help out.

Reason is if U pleaded guilty, dat car might be gone or ur wahala go tripple.
