1. You can't freeze his account, only the curt can and he hasn't done anything to warrant that, he only borrowed money.
2. Letting go should be as a last resort if it wants to get into too many problems, fight and maybe words banter etc.
3. Report to police and possibly arrest him to come and give reasons why he doesn't want to pay, I think just letting go without any attempt to get it back is not a good thing. Let his wife know to see if they are on the same page. Then take wise action whilst avoiding problems like fight and exhibition of anger.
The law (police) is there to protect and settle some dispute when it's necessary like this.

The wife is aware of what happened and informed him about it in a chat. Dude came and blocked me. I have a screenshot of everything saved in soft copy and hard copy.

He promised to pay back the money. I am not freezing his bank account outside legal means because that is not even possible. I am also not letting go without a fight. I am willing to fight it, not because of the money per se, but because:

1. He said he can beat me. Why would you even bring such talks into this when the only thing I have done was to ask for my money. The day he said that nonsense, I told him point blank that dude, forget phone. One on One, you cannot tell me that to my face. He thought I was bluffing anyway.

2. Secondly, he took my gentility for granted (I hate it when people do this and it is the fastest way to trigger my beast mode) and he saw it as weakness, which is why he said the above (beat me) because he has assumed I can't throw a single punch. A lot of people always assume this until they see stark different personality when I go mad and they start saying " I no know say na so u be o ooo" I don't blame him cos my face alone deceive people around. I don't ever throw the first punch unprovoked. Some people learned to keep their madness in a cooler for a reason. One on One, I know what I can do to him in a situation like this.

I never do such a thing but if you throw a punch when I had not offended you, there is bound to be retaliation. That is how I live my life because I learned from an early age never to allow anyone to bully me again after I dealt with a bully that was terrorizing my life until the day I stood up to him and beat the hell out of him. He never repeated that shiit ever again and we both learned a lot of lessons about our strengths and weakness.

3. He blocked me when I asked for it for about 3 weeks and decided to unblock me after I resorted to calls. He specifically told me he has the money but will not give me. WHY? BECAUSE he feels there are no consequences for his deeds as a result of our society that has become accustomed to "leave it for God" like we saw in a few replies above. This is what is emboldening him but I will SHOCK HIM.

4. If I don't do this, he will go on doing it like he did to the person that sent me a text from an unknown number.

This has gone beyond the money but I want him to know I am not a coward and I don't mind spending more than I borrowed him to prove a point.

There are certain names that might be a fit for their marketplace but they are not willing to stake their funds, so you stake your funds and list it.

Yes, you're on point and I know it. Over the years I've been domaining, I've collated factors to consider before I can put my fingers on it to register or buy. These factors are industry standard from domain name experts.

So, for SH unknown parameters are rather mystery to me because someone's name was once rejected on their platform and the same domain name got sold on another platform at a reasonable period of time. Well, they have the knife and the yam, they should cut to their size!

I'm doing well with SH anyway except that one needs a lion's heart to remain consistent!

With the above in mind, I believe their assessments MAY be based largely on the following indices.

b) SH accepts whether registered or not

b) SH accepts only if registered

3) Poor names

I advise you to remove the picture. Americans hardly bear the name combination you're using and many of them have been scammed by fraudsters posing as royal princes Just put an ordinary graphics design or even leave it blank.

For the message: tell him that he only needs to redirect this domain to his current domain name and that when people make searches using similar keywords, this domain would rank high in the result. And when people click on it, it'd redirect them to his original website. Simple.
