Let me analyze that John 1:1-3. This text does not in any way support the fraud trinity. Three person does not make one God. Let me prove it to you people. In the beginning was the WORD which is the same as LOGOS. Which we all know is Jesus Christ. Colossians 1:15-20. He was the first thing created by God. God then used him to create everything both visible and invisible. 2. The WORD ( Jesus Christ ) was with God his Father. 3. And the WORD ( Jesus Christ ) was God. That's true. Pls read the following 1 Corinthians 8:5 For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,) Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. All things were created by Jesus Christ and without him, nothing would have be created. Colossians 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 1:17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. Falsehood of Trinity Many people including this brother I am qouting believe in trinity which they say three persons make one God i.e God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. This is false as the Bible texts I stated earlier disproves it. Let's go further. Bible texts God said in the book of Isaiah Isaiah 40:18 To whom then will ye liken God? or what likeness will ye compare unto him? 40:25 To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One. Isaiah 46:5 To whom will ye liken me, and make me equal, and compare me, that we may be like? 2. Jesus Christ collaborated with the above when he said his father is greater than he himself. John 10:29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. John 13:16 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him. John 14:28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. Conclusion The final self explanatory text of the Book of books. This is an even that happened during the baptism of Jesus Christ. Only the wise will understand Matthew 3:16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: 3:17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. The Holy Spirit is not a person but the active force of Jehovah. It's simply His Power. That's is why sin against the holy spirit is not forgiven. It's penalty is death. And to tell you that devil has used his falsehood through his fake prophets, pastors etc to blind many. How can you believe in trinity when Jesus Christ himself always pray directly to his father when he was here on earth during his first advent Anything he does, he always acknowledge his Father. That's to show that God is greater than him. May Jehovah have mercy upon His lost sheep. Amen Never equat the Holy Spirit as a person as this text in John 17:3 will make you look stupid John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. 17:4 I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. 17:5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. Jesus Christ was a rich man in Heaven but he has to be made a little lower than the angels just for your sake and mine. God made it happen and yet people equat the both of them. God have mercy. 1 Like |

freshboi88:Proverbs 8 is a figurative representation of Jesus. He is the wisdom in that Proverbs 8. This fact is confirmed in the new testament where it's said that Jesus is the WISDOM and power of God. |

MrPRevailer:The God who couldn't defend himself? Even your Bible will rebuke you and be ashamed of you... ‘the man Christ Jesus’ (Tim. 2:5) The Bible says that God is not a son of man ‘God is not a man nor a son of man’ (Numbers 23:19) The Bible often calls Jesus ‘a son of man’ or ‘the son of man.’ ‘so will the son of man be’ (Matthew 12:40) Lastly, Is it your god that was crying and felt FORSAKENED BY GOD? Father father WHY HAVE THOU FORSAKEN ME... |

thinkmoney: Figurative Discrimination..What the hell is that?..never heard that one before. What u call fact is actually ur own interpretation. It is not scriptural. If Jesus is the Wisdom and Power of God. Does it mean God did not have Wisdom before he created Jesus. If Jesus is his power, what power was then used to create Jesus? |

Let nobody be confused, the answer is clear with this clarified illustration below. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. Even when God was about to created the Angels he definitely call his Organs of government into action which is known as The Word by which all things was made even the Satan, Jesus, angels, human and animal are all the product of His Word. So God was not referring to any of his heavenly creature( The angels) that doesnt have power of creativity but this same Word he was calling to action and in other manner if God was referring to the angels is just for awareness not for hiring any of them into the production process because there no any creature has any idea not even to talk about power to create another creature. So let's take our time to read the scripture and apprehend the accurate meaning of it. Thank you. |

freshboi88:Typo and you know that. I have corrected it and it's 'representation' I meant to type. You should be open minded please. I got everything I have said from the Bible. There isn't anything like my own interpretation. Bible interpretes itself. And my summation is consistent with the picture Bible paints generally. You should be smarter than the way you went about that wisdom and power. What the Bible meant by that is that Jesus is a prime evidence of those qualities. Example, you see a beautiful road, you might say, that's Dangote construction company's wisdom. And you see the destruction a storm caused, you might exclaim, wow, that's the power of water. |

God is a God of oneness, there is nothing like trinity. God manifest as a person in the person of Christ, just as your body expresses who you are .Jonh chapter 1vs 1, God was only referring to himself, that means his manifestation or rather say his person. 1 Like |

In my little knowledge I’ll explain... God exists in three forms Father- Head Son-Jesus- word Holy Spirit- helper Okay so as a human being we have a soul and a flesh. A spirit takes over our soul either good or evil spirit.. so let’s say we are 3 in 1.. this is not my actual point though. In the beginning Was the word and the word was with God and the word was God. We as human being have a mind.. sometimes our mind speaks on it own and suggest things and sometimes we follow and do them right! So when we do what our mind tells then it turns real and physical right! As limited as we are. We are in a physical state but we are spiritual beings too. Good God is a spirit and almighty he does whatever he pleaseth... God in his trinity state was conversing with himself ( Father, Son,Holy Spirit) let us make man in our image, now another part you’ll see we are gods not God but gods pls understand that. he made us in his own image, he cherish us more than all his creations believe me. Mind you Christ came n died to redeem humans whereas there is no repentance for angels so you know. You might wonder how I knew, well d simple explanation Satan n z goons Wia once an Angel of light but right now they are condemned eternally. If you have a little child that looks jez like you carbon copy then you can try to understand how much love a parent have for his/her child. So let’s continue, God said let let there b light - word(Jesus)- and there was light - Holy Spirit (helper) works hand in hand with the word. I saw some fellas say Jesus wasn’t involved in the creation, Infact Jesus was the word itself . Let me explain another part- so men fell from God and then he had to send Jesus to come and save mankind. He sent his word(Jesus), the Virgin Mary gave birth, even the other religion acknowledges this as one of the greatest miracles in Islam and a good Muslim believes in Jesus but only as a prophet let someone quote me if m wrong pls... so logically God came to the world and died on the cross of Calvary to save mankind and redeem us back to himself .” For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” so now Jesus being the son of God and the word of God was given a name above every other name that at the mention of the name of Jesus every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. He his the first of all creatures, the dead and the risen one, The prince of peace, The King of kings and Lord of f lords.. It’s amazing being a Christian, what joy it is to be called the sons of God too. Mind you not all Christians are sons of God, only those that serve him in spirit and in truth. The summary is God is one but he exists in diverse form. Gods word is God, he sent his word to dwell amongst us and turned flesh and died to redeem us, God is a spirit also. Another reason why you’ll agree Jesus is one of the trinity his after resurrection Jesus told his disciples “ I will send the Holy Spirit to comfort you” shud Incase you don’t know the Holy Spirit is the spirit of God (holiness) and that was what man lost when Adam n eve fell in the garden (paradise), the Holy Spirit connects us to the embodiment of God. I think I’m escalating matters so let me stop here. I condemn no one I love my muslim friends cos I have a lot of them we grew up together. I can even recite some part of the Quran we Wia thought back in primary school lol, I jez love d way it sounded like singing lol, so I’m jez cool But what Disgusts me is when you come and feel like you know more than I know about my religion ... it’s unacceptable... Christianity is dated back to the 1st century while Islam was dated back to 7th century. Be warned Islamic scholars## m 2 Likes |

If you are told the truth, will you believe? Genesis: 6; This chapter gave insight to what's above. when people began to multiply on earth and the sons of God saw that daughters of men were beautiful and fair to behold, they came down and took unto themselves wives of their choosing. They had intercourse with them and giants were born. We are living in a MULTIVERSE and not UNIVERSE as we are made to believe. The bible is a compilation of several ancient manuscripts. Deuteronomy says, "It is the glory of God to conceal a matter but, the glory of princes to search out a matter". Search it out, you're a prince. |

thinkmoney:In the passage in Colossians the idea of Jesus as firstborn means that He is preeminent over creation not that He is a created being. This can be seen from the verses that follow. For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together (Colossians 1:16,17). Learn to read before and after verses to avoid quoting out of context Once again this context helps us understand the meaning of Proverbs 8:22. Since the speaker in Proverbs 8:22 is called “me,” we need to discover if the context reveals the identity of the speaker. It does. The identity of “me” is given in Proverbs 8:12. I, wisdom, dwell with prudence, And I find knowledge and discretion. Proverbs 8:12 |

Electrochemistry:The Word of God refers to the words out of the Mouth of God Himself, of which Jesus Christ is. Your Bible is not the word of God but instead a book of books, some recording the word of God. The words of Pharaoh recorded in the Bible are not the words of God. The words of Solomon as recorded in books of the Bible are not the words of God. The words of Nebuchadnezzar as recorded in books of the Bible are not the words of God. |

femi4:I see you. You have gone online to do quick study. That's commendable, you couldn't get good explanation for the Proverbs 8 obviously though. Being consistent with context. In that collisians verse 17, it tells us he is before all things. This is a pointer that the firstborn here isn't talking about preeminence but rating about who and what first came. There are twisters of God's words everywhere, even online. One as to listen to the Bible itself above all. That verse actually have shown it is talking about Jesus coming first before all other things. Other verse of the Bible like that Proverbs 8 conform with this interpretation Now that Proverbs 8 uses wisdom to metaphorically represent Jesus. This is confirmed by another part of the Bible that says JESUS IS THE WISDOM AND POWER OF GOD. To add; every other place that firstborn so and so was used regarding Jesus talks about position not preeminence e.g first born son, firstborn from the dead. You see interpreting Bible is simple. U don't take things in isolation but you cross reference and use other part of the Bible to help ascertain parts. You see now that preeminence interpretation doesn't hold in Jesus case especially when it comes to how 'firstborn ....' is used? |
