He plays the ethnic card very well. Oshiomole couldn't do that cos Edo is a multiethnic state. All tinubu has to do is tell the yorubas in Lagos that igbos will take over if power shifts to pdp and VIOLA.
It is a sick and evil strategy but it is very effective apparently
