God forbids a picker die(some have had close encounter), it would be catastrophic for most of us who have invested our life saving trusting our hard earned money on an “unknown“ entity. I honestly think you are a victim but don’t let us take your words for it. Go a little further and provide evidence of your transaction and chat with your supposed picker. The onus is on you to prove beyond reasonable doubt, especially considering the allegation that you collected money from more two people for same item, that you were swindled.
You have done the honorable thing by refunding. Please put more efforts and give them a time frame to pay up. God is your strength during this trying time.

Mr Hotdealz you ain’t sincere in your dealings and it’s a shame you are trying to justify your wrongdoing. Toe the path of honour; apologize, take back your laptop and refund your client.

You should know that I knew nothing about you then. How would I have been able to provide you if I had sent that excess fund to a different account? Even if the real sender provided an account and the name didn't tally with the name that sent the money, I wouldn't have returned the money there.

Good day fellow dealhunters!

The buyer in question approached me in the DM about the said phone, 12 pro max which I advertised as brand new

He asked for pictures immediately and I forwarded pictures as it is to him, He wanted to used public transport to send it, I advised against it requesting that he uses IBL as it's a high cost device

IBL picked up from me yesterday morning and sent to him which he picked it yesterday and never complained of anything until his customer rejected it.

This morning he complained, his complaint primarily being that the phone wasn't sealed. I told him I sent him pictures of the exact phone before he paid, he said he assumed it was sealed quoting my nairaland advert.
I told him that the ones that were sealed were advertised as such moreover I send him pictures to avoid all assumptions.

He requested a refund based on this saying that the buyer is a cultist and will track him down and deal with him, i told him that I cannot refund based on reasons he laid down, immediately after he switched up saying that the phone has a scratch, I referred him to the pictures that there was no scratch and the phone is brand new

He kept ringing up my phone then I finally told him I'd do 90% refund in a bid to keep him off, since there is nothing wrong with the phone and this is ONLY if there are no scratches. I even later told him I cannot refund because I sent a brand new perfect phone without any scratch and IBL himself opened the phone to check in my presence before leaving with it.

NOTE that the phone has a film on the screen, so has never been used.
And I sold over 6 12 pro max in same condition
