They should just say they don't want to pay ... which one is all these rules ...

Nigerians are unruly and hate rules.

Yet, most of us want to work.

If the guy feels the conditions are harsh, he should go and start his own company.

It's easy to criticize your boss, but you don't know what he goes through just not to fail in his numerous obligations.

Running a successful business in Nigeria takes a lot; if it was that easy, who no go like be oga or madam?

Na Indians abi Lebanese get this company? grin

But on a serious note see what our young people (degree, masters and even PhD holders) are going through in the name of trying to do honest jobs. Sad

Don't ever work for this kind of employer because he will always find faults, he can even set you up so you can fall on those rules and then be deducting your salary.

There is no Way he wont cut at least 30k from your salary every month.

This is like accepting to work for 100k while you earn 70k
na women dey get this kind companies

Huh?

Satans' kind of offer. He gives you a gift and collects it back.

Well... I think all this is just to command diligence and instill dicipline in staffs to ensure optimum productivity and results in the coy. At least that will reduce the lackadaisic attitude staffs usually put up at the work front.

Me o, I cant accept it because nobody is infallible especially with this myriad of rules.

rule 2 is important and usually done in most good businesses. A reprimand follows say after a week of late coming. But the rest? lol...

Working lion's den will be so easy compare to this job. If your wife give you trouble at home don't take it, if you have hearing problem don't try it, if you can't wake 3am don't accept it. At last, one today, you will collapse and die.

You are absolutely ridiculous for this post.

..so people should be treated like non-entities because "oga" puts in a lot to run a "successful business".

People like you have been oppressed for so long it's affected your thinking faculty.

Your sense of humour is quite unrivalled.

However, you will admit that these rules have been drawn up based on experience. There is nothing draconian about those rules. Just everyday expectations on a typical corporate setting.
I think the part about the M.D repeating herself was not properly crafted. The intention is not essentially captured in the sentence which could be a use of English flaw.

The point many didn't note is that they offer a basic salary of 100k monthly which could be interpreted to be a job with some responsibility.

True, they may sound harsh but you have been told about the conditions upfront and in black/white too....so you do clearly have a choice in the matter.
