Hi guys, I need some clarifications on some sections of the application form: 1. Address: Is it advisable to use office address rather than home address? My office address is the same address on my bank statement. My duty post in often is remote areas and the office address of my organization is what I've always used as my address and for correspondence purposes. I ask because further down that questions, they ask for how many years/days/months one has lived in that address, which suggest they might mean home address. 2. Will not giving info about parents do any harm? I can see its not a mandatory section. 3. Section about visits to other countries in the last ten years. I live and work outside Nigeria at the moment and I tried to include my present country of residence into the provided space (including arrival date) but its not letting me navigate away without putting the date I left the country. I can't put a date because I'm still there. Is it okay to leave out this section? Will it impact my application in any way? 4. The section on knowing where I'll be staying in the UK. Is it okay to answer NO and then explain that I'll be renting an Airbnb for the first month while finding a suitable accommodation? Cc Justwise Mimilyrics Lagosismyhome Thanks everyone |

Please I need your advice... I was once denied a Canada study visa due to purpose of intent.. I intend to apply for a UK visa... Buh I am feeling so guilty because I have never traveled out before but my agent stamped Dubai and Gambia visit on my passport when he helped me with d Canada visa application... Now I intend to be honest and apply for UK visa myself.... Should I tell the agent to remove d stamp on my passport (it can be removed) although he assures me that it is genuine stamp but I do not believe him or I shud go ahead with it like that.... Please I need your advice, what should I do... Bearing in mind Dat Canada as my information on thier system... Do they share data with UK... Also will my school share my info with d embassy, because I already sent dem d page of that stamped area.. Honesty is indeed the best policy... I regret my actions but the deed is done.. I need solution Thanks... |

Fola222: You didnt fall victim.... the agent told you what he wanted to do and you openly allowed it to happen Solution : That passport may become a problem once a fake stamps are found on it, wahala will then be like bicycle . Good day all Please, I was trying to pay for priority service with Chase Bank dollar card and after processing it responded “your transaction has been successful but there was a problem connecting back to the merchant’s website. Please, contact the merchant and advise them that you received this error message”. Chase bank has said the payment was approved successfully but TLS didn’t send any payment receipt to mail. What do I do please. I have tried to call the customer service number for TLS but no response. Filled Complaint on their web too but, there has been no response. Justwise Mimilyrics Lagosismyhome and all.

Fola222: Get a new passport. You never visited those countries so you won't state that in your application as its the truth. Declare your Canadian refusal. But this one that you have already sent the fake stamps to your school,I dont know what the implication of that will be. Let gurus wade in. Aprokodaughter: Oga na you get problem but na you come dey para. Wetin she talk na true. See ehn, just start afresh. Forget the admission with the school since you never pay deposit. Then forget that passport with nonsense stamp. Report it as lost & stolen, then go and get new passport. When you get new passport, you apply to another school entirely and stick to the truth. God will punish your your agent, I can assure you that there’s a high chance that Ukvi would verify those visits. To be honest I feel you should forgo your application to that university, apply to another uni then remove the stamps or even better, get another passport. Fola222: |

Fola222: Get a new passport and cancel the one with fake stamps on it. There’s no serious hassle around that. Continue your process with the new passport and be totally honest in this application from now on. Don’t use any agent. However... Pray to your creator that Canada hasn’t already discovered your fake stamps and banned you. If they’ve done that, there’s practically no way out. I hope you actually saw your rejection letter with your eyes or it was your agent that “took care” of everything? Make sure you know the real outcome of that application and that’s what you should put in your UK application. If Canada has banned you and you don’t state it like that in your UK application, your tiny chance left becomes totally invisible. 2 Likes |

To be honest I think you should throw it away. I know it’s hard cause you would have to apply for another passport and the process is hectic. If UKVI discovers that those visas are fake there’s a 100% guarantee that you not leave Nigeria. US, Canada, EU would not look you o. You made a mistake and your punishment is for u to start a fresh. Better u embrace that. The school might send your visa stamps to ukvi so removing it would no remedy it. Fola222: 2 Likes |

I know of someone that did this and it was discovered when he got to Germany and they deported him. Dont try to remove it pls and you can't get a new passport unless u have less than 6months before it expires. Your only option is to throw into pit and claimed lost but u know it takes time to get back. With this u cant make January Fola222: |

Fola222:The thing about CAS is that it is been generated by home office after your school sends them your details. Since you haven’t paid, ignore the school because you already showed them the fake stamps. Get a new passport, look for a new school for May. Don’t be in a hurry to pay and mess everything up with your hands. Also declare the Canadian denial on your application when it’s time to apply for a UK visa. Uk give people visa with or without denial from Canada and US. 5 Likes |

SamReinvented: Playing the Devil’s advocate: The information at the Canadian embassy has it that Mr Fola has travelled to Gambia & Dubai. Fast forward to Mr Fola getting a new passport and becoming an honest man. Mr Fola would have no country listed as part of his travel history in his Uk visa application.
