Isn't it bad enough that a city that claims to house the largest market in Africa is still a slum? It's bad. Take a look at Hong Kong and look at Onitsha. Something urgent has to be done seriously speaking

You are very correct.

But on the other hand, I think it is the North that is dragging the state back. 

If not, Enugu would have been far better than US Canada Tokyo and Dubai combined.
