I don't have mouth odour. I take 5 cloves in the morning, afternoon and evening and i cut them into pieces with knife then swallow with water. If you want to avoid mouth odour just follow my method, I read that from a book written by a consultant in herbal medicine and it works for me. Garlic is good for your health.

The easiest way to get rid of belly fat,
1. Avoid surgery food and soda
2. Eat more vegetables
3. Avoid drinking beer and eating late at night
4.. Most importantly do sit up morning and night
U will be shocked at the result
I can testify to these, I ain't got big belly fat but doing sit-ups daily and regularly has made me got nice pecs

You will eat healthy and exercise to get a flat tummy and it can take up to 6months to 1 year. It all depends on how big the tummy is.

Basically, you will eat the first meal of the day anytime from 12:00pm, and the second and last meal not later than 8:00pm. You can however eat snacks between the 2 meals.

I'm very lucky then. I can eat anything and won't put on weight. I do exercise but sometimes I go long periods with no exercise but my body still look OK.

I can eat 1.am, 3.am . I have a fast metabolism that burns fat without me even exercising. Its a blessing.

That was what I used to say until I hit the gym and was placed on diet. Bro, there are diets you'll go by and you'll add weight within 6 months plus weight lifting. Buy WHEY protein, take the necessary quantities every morning and evening and hit the gym. Then you'll understand. Probably you've been eating garri, rice, beans and all
That. Switch diet. Blend fruits together and drink, eat 5 or 6 boiled eggs (minus the yoke) at least 2 or 3 times a week. Oga if you do these things and still remain slim then na spiritual problem u get.

You need to drink plenty water like fish. Reduce your carb in take and eat more veges. If na rice make it one spoon with plenty vegetables. Eat spaghetti instead of Indomine and eat it plenty vegetables. Avoid meat. All form of meat beef, chicken, and eat only fish but not oily fish
