I'd advise that you do it by yourself to avoid stories that touch because not every agent will fill in the correct information on your application.

I believe that if TLS has it already, you'd have been sent a collection mail except it's a case of TLS being too busy to have sorted all passports sent back to them. Going tomorrow is 50/50 as it might or might not be with them yet.

Please do I have to upload my previous passport page? Cancelled without prejudice. The passport is virgin so is the new one.

I got my collection mail this morning and picked up my visa today. Biometrics (11th December) priority. Decision mail on the 15th, collection mail and pick up 17th.
