everytime I need to leave the house its always a dramatic scenario in my head because I know I have to go all over again with people staring at me every second till I'm home. since I was a kid the attention doesn't stop, its daily. everyone I walk past must turn to stare, every ATM I go all the girls will turn my face to statue for staring till it's their turn to withdraw. I have to deal with severe heartbeats because I feel like I'm being watched by everyone and I tend to feel uncomfortable till I get home. if this is why I'm a severe introvert or I was born an introvert I cant tell but I know leaving the house is a very serious issue for me daily. people say I look attractive, I guess I am but still it's not a good reason to stare at me this much.....I cant do anything about it ,all I do is hide indoors and smoke. who else can relate ?

...Same here bro....buh I dont smoke.....all I do is prepare my Lean...and sit comfortably on the vibe the jam am playing gives....buh I think they stare because a female friend once told my..I looked a lot like a female....even many people do ask me ...female or male....am tryna change DAT....trying to look more masculine....and funniest shit...I don't behave like a female...just my face....buh I just have this natural talent of singing ..like if u care I can take u on a High pitch freestyle shit....my indoorness(mind this bad ass English).....has helped me improve my music stuffs.....I can trap,rap,emo rap n trap....indies,drill....RnB....am planning on getting tools...for indoor studio....introverted life......

I use to have extreme social anxiety to the extent I would be sweating buckets when I was in public.. I had to plan ahead for days whenever going out was unavoidable, it was hell and the fact people always stared at me when I went out wasn't helping matters.. with time it passed when I stopped thinking or caring what anyone thinks.. that's the first step to conquer the anxiety.. always tell yourself whatever you assume anyone is thinking is just in your head.. it worked for me.

and funny enough it's all in your head, I think it's a coping mechanism due to trauma and other stuff you're dealing with

Their is no cure. You just need to face the fear daily until you reach a point, you know how to manage it.

I battled this issues but it was pure exposure that made me manage. It was probably coursed by childhood turmer.

From my 20+ years with social anxiety disorder (SAD), my brother, you have a long way to go, you would change the way you look at life, the way you think and finally just exposure... Having a shameless friend that is not manipulative might also help.

You have anxiety and you are smoking weed?
You would get even more paranoid that people are looking and it would become a self fulfilling prophecy.

You need codeine syrup or benzodiazepine pills (very expressive). They are sedative that would cAlme you.

You don't need stimulus like weed, coffee or even suger. Also sleep well and get a job.

Read books / go online on self confidence.
