Please people I need advice.
My sister is awaiting post utme for the course Radiography with a good jamb score, along the way she got admitted into school of nursing.

What should she do, the SON is resuming soon btw,
Should she forfeit the school and focus on the University?

A bird in hand....... I guess you know that parable. Since she was the one that willingly bought the SON form, meaning she wants to go. My advice is, if there is enough finance, let her resume the school of nursing and still be preparing for the post utme, if she gets it, she should quickly accept the admission as Bsc is higher. A lot of people do it, some will be in 300L and still write jamb for medicine so she too can do it.

I'd suggest you ask your sister, assuming she goes the SON route, is she looking to go back to school to get the BNSc (which is imperative for her sake) or she'd be rounding off her study of Nursing at the RN/RM level.

In some instances, based on my observations over the years, RN/RM nurses do not eventually go back to school (which comes at a price), it takes a lot of will-power to do that, given the fact that they'd have began earning something with their RN/RM.

If she does not see herself going back to school after the RN/RM, then I'd advice she goes the Radiography route.

This is because with just the RN/RM, the most she'd be is an auxillary Nurse, she can't possibly be on par and would not be treated as an equal with the nurses with the Bachelor of Nursing Science Degree, it is what it is.

Again, applying for a Masters and subsequently PhD is more or less impossible with the RN/RM (these are licences not degrees).

Now, Radiography is a professional course (B.Rad), like MLS, Pharmacy, Nursing (BNSc). All of these guys earn thesame remuneration (JOHESU).

Also, there are no bottlenecks as regards further postgraduate training as is obvious with the RN/RM.

I wish your sister the best.

This is apt.
Radiography is really good. But instead of missing out entirely, she could accept SON.
