Who has experienced this issue before. SH just accepted a name but here is the issue. I am to receive 25 percent commission if they list but I'm expected to register it. Does that make sense?

I thought once I register they get the smaller commission and when they do, I get the smaller one. Why are asking me to register and point the Nameservers to their site but still offer me 25 percent commission?

GOD GRACE GOT ME

Dollar startup in king
Asking price is $15000
Sold for $450.
Inbound offer on Sunday for $350

I countered with my asking price because there was a time my friend used that domain to play games on me, by using Vpn to send me an offer of $12000 which I accepted and he called me to say he is the one.

So when this offer came in I taught it was still him, so I countered him with my asking price.

He declined the offer and asked me if am to trade?
I was surprised by his question so I Googled his name and found out That he is a fellow domainer.

I needed money so I now said since it's a fellow domainer willing to keep it for long $599 if you are paying today.

He countered with $425.

I told him $450 or I keep my domain.

He accepted and paid immediately.

One of my non Geo names that I got this year, I think hold time is just few months.

I like sharing ONLY sales with stories. So I will try to keep it short bc these ones are purely grace-enabled.

I am more of a brandable guy. So I decided to put a little more time in Geos and picked a few, among which is Port///Orange//Tree//Service// from ED on Sept 22. Contacted Opistorincos for enduser scrapping and requested him to scrap Port Orange, Daytona Beach, and Ormond Beach bc I found out that most arborists in that area tend to offer services across these three locations (they overlap).

October 6th, I got the enduser list and started outbounding to about 120 people (including some I personally scrapped) across the 3 cities. I sent a total of 3 mails to each, some said NO as usual, most were silent.

Initial mail was with a price of $450

First followup didn't include any price or reduction, instead I told them that if price was an issue, they can make an offer

Second follow-up was my Black Friday discount to $300 on November 27. Same day, I got a reply from an enduser in Daytona Beach that went thus, ... "Still got the Daytona tree removal one?"

I quickly searched for the name and saw it just sold on DAN. And I replied him saying,
''That one has sold. You can equally get increased exposure with Port//Orange//Tree//Service// What's on your mind?"

Note that I never told him I was the one that sold the Daytona name he asked about. My thinking was that someone else pitched him with that, and he didn't respond before it sold, and he probably thought it was me that pitched it to him.

While waiting for his reply, I searched and found out that Daytona///Beach///Tree///Services/// was available. I sent him another second mail thus,
"But if your interest lies in your primary location, would you be interested in buying Daytona///Beach//Tree//Services//?"

He replied, "You got them all don't ya lol, i'll consider it for sure. I'll get back to ya."

I had to take a calculated risk and went to Dynadot and registered the name with the thought that if e no buy, I go request for refund after some days.

He didn't reply for 3 days, and on Nov 30th, I sent him this,

"Hello, Hope your weekend was great. Do you want both names or just the Daytona? There may be a further discount for taking both of them within our Black Friday deal window, which will end anytime. How do you want to proceed?"

No reply still. On Dec 4th I sent him this,
"Hello. We are nearing the end of our Black Friday sales, and prices will soon go back to normal. You indicated interest so we are holding out for you. How do we proceed?"

The next day Dec. 5th, he replied that he will speak with his internet guy that night. On 6th, he asked me what deal do I have for both names. I told him $300 if he is taking one, but $250 each if he is taking both.

After 3 days he said he would be taking just the Daytona for $300. I set it up on DAN same day and he paid 3 days later on Dec. 12th, and on 14th I received the bitcoin at luno.

Since money don enta my account, I decided to squeeze him some more and sent this,

'Congratulations on your domain purchase. I hope it attracts more clients and revenue to your business. I was thinking, and couldn't figure out why you don't want Port//Orange///Tree////Service/// Is it the price? Since we are looking at reducing some of our domain name holding this year, I will consider any reasonable offer from you. Kindly reply and do let me know what's on your mind.'

He replied,
What would be a good price for the port orange one? I really don't need it but I'm not opposed go it

I told him he can have it for $200 instead of the deal of $250 I told him earlier when he asked for the price of the two. After 3 days, he offered $150, I countered $170 and told him I need to take care of some fees.

After another 3 days, with daily reminder from me, he told me to set it up, which I did at DAN and he paid immediately, and that brought the total consideration of the 2 names to $470

If you observed all the steps, you would agree this was purely a Grace sale. I had to put down the exact emails of some of our conversation so some of us can pick one or two things from them, AND from the timelines.

Now time to scale this. To God be the Glory

I'm not a boss, perhaps, I could reply. If the transaction is completed and domain deposited in the buyer's account, your proceed would be in your Masterbucks' Acct.

Please concerning Afternic, I have two questions:
1. For the account details, is it ok to just put in the bank's headquarters address and the zip, in this case GTB?
2. How long does the deposit take to reflect locally?

Thank you.

Big CONGRATS!!! My great pals are doing well and I'm greatly impressed.

If you want to succeed in business big time, master two things, namely: marketing and negotiation skills. Choice of words can make or mar any deal. From your write up, you are a wordsmith without flattering you at all. Now, you can go full throttle on geo domains.

Quote someone else,if they fall for your scam stuff good luck

You think bitcoin is something you can get for free, good luck with that.

I come in peace
I never said you were going to get it for free.
You just concluded I am a scammer, haba.
See my coinbase portfolio and luno too.
I have never used my money to buy Bitcoin.
Everything you are seeing is earned from the sites I have been working with.
I only offered a possible solution since you said you don't have the funds to start and you tagged me a scammer.
Only my TIME and DATA is used here. Nobody is paying shishi
People who needed the ebooks I talked about got it for free.
That you don't need something doesn't mean you should sound rude.

Finally! Sales Alert!
Hardwood/Flooring//KnoxvilleTn//King
$299
Hold time...10 days.
ED
Sold on the Second follow up/BIN
Through DAN.

How do I start? Where do I start from?
I was waiting to see the money korokoro in my account before posting...I had to be sure it wasn't a dream.
I started this journey late June where I bought my first 3 times, those names haven't sold yet oo. However, I kept buying more. Could buy one name this month or even two the next month and I didn't stop outbounding despite not receiving positive responses. There were times where I questioned all that I had learned but never did I feel like giving up because of all the bosses in the house who never stopped encouraging newbies like me. I told myself: "this business, na here we dey".
My greatest thanks go to Jehovah, my God. I believe in his undeserved kindness so much. My husband, my mentor Felix who encouraged me to keep pushing, all the bosses whom I have read and will keep reading from their wealth of experiences on this thread and who were always there to answer all our questions...Tranxo, ikhalyfah, Elon mosque, awesome duru, cyrilefit, budosky, please no vex if I no mention your name, I hold you all in high esteem.
To my fellow newbies, keep pushing, don't give up, trust in God if you believe in him. I do. Your sale will come.

Ps: Never will I use wire transfer again. My money no complete after all my calculations. Pls, if you are a newbie like me, opt for bitcoin. It is the best.
