When your biological sister UnCloth in your presence, you don't feel anything at all. Sometimes you even get irritated by her action. The reason you don't feel anything is because you don't "think about her in that kinda way" knowing fully well that it is an abomination. Your non-thinking about her in  that kinda way have no effect on your body chemistry (sexual lust). Your body is totally free from any raging testosterone because the source (thinking in that way) is not and will never be in existence when is come to your sister.

   My point is very simple. To control yourself as a man you need to control your thinking. A woman on skimpy skirt can only make you feel hot when  you think about her in that kinda way.
