Guys pls how can I stop masturbation totally. shit has ruined my life pls lecture me . i need to stop it as soon as possible. I promise myself not to carry this act to 2020 but now i just finished two rounds and heading for more sooner. I masturbate almost every day. No girl in my life right now as a result of that. Because the moment I jack off i looses all feelings for ladies . I am 25 years old this year . I am more or less a gay but to myself. I am tired of this . Pls Suggest me a quick solution.. But let me recommend this steps to you. As a matter of facts you have to be willing to break free from it before God can help you. I will advise you base on a Christian views.

- You have to ask Jesus into your life.
- You have to be consistent with God. Listen to his word.
- acknowledge that you can't do it alone, invite the holy spirit.
- You have to occupy you idle time with something productively.
- Avoid post, stories and this that will spur your sexual desire.
- you have to be stubborn with your decision never to go back.
- You have to pray !
- Remove and block sexual content sites on your phone.
- When the urge comes, remove your phone pocket it and play a message by a pastor. I recommend Apostle Joshua Selman's message.

And finally seek help from a church leader or a person who you can confide in to help you pray.


Remember masturbations is a demonic spirit don't be clouded by some people reprobate verdict.

Masturbation happens when you're idle. Try to engage yourself in activities. If you're a student engage yourself with your books, games like PS, movies, sports, hanging out with friends, you can even look for a roommate just to ensure that you're not alone.

Also, stopping masturbation takes discipline. Tell yourself that you wouldn't do it and stand by it regardless of how strong the urge is, do not succumb.
