I just got a new S9+ and I found out that it is rooted it, as a result of this, device doesn't receive OTA updates and still stuck on android 9, Netflix and streaming apps do not work... Now I'm trying to unroot it and install stock firmware for android 10

The problem now is under settings my model number is SM-G960F and I've already downloaded the firmware, but while flashing I always get Secure check fail: bootloader

And I noticed that the model number in download mode is SM-G960N... All the firmware for this model is for Korean Region only, and I just read that flashing another region's firmware can cause issues

Please I need help!!!, am I getting the error 'cause I'm using a wrong firmware

If it's not going off totally then that's the Sensor malfunctioning...

Hi my 7+, for some time now it has been updating itself, on Saturday it happened and I noticed it was asking for activation which I did and it was stable, it was low yesterday morning and turned it off and plugged for it to charge. When it was charged it went back to successfully updated again, this time I was unable to set up as my cellular data was off, all efforts to use WiFi networks proofed to be in vein, (i kept getting the error message; my iPhone can’t be activated because the server couldn’t be reached, I should try again later or connect to iTunes, or reset the phone) finally at night it wasn’t responding again only showing the apple logo.

Please I need assistance; ps I can’t flash, it’s 256GB

I discovered the 'double tap to wake' feature on my Hot 8 doesn't work once the phone locks over 30mins or thereabouts.. What could the issue be? Please guys!





N.B. Been trying to avoid frequent usage of power button and fingerprint to wake..

My laptop battery I changed recently has gone dead again for the second time. But before that happened, I found out that my laptop started shocking whenever you touch any of the ports or even my phone fingerpring pad shocks when connected to the system. I later discovered that the charger also is shocking whenever it's connected to power source. My question now is, could it be that the charger was responsible for the death of those batteries or the system itself has a problem? Please help a brother.

Try another charger on it first and observe it.

Go through the Phone SETTINGS.. You might have deactivated it

Thanks bro for your response. I have actually checked, and its been on. But it's still misbehaving till this moment. I noticed it too with my brother's Hot 8, it's also misbehaving that way. So I thought there's something we need to put on..
