I hope the man does not die of HBP because of this.

Who advised him to put his money in such?. Any retiree that puts such an amount in such a scheme means he/she was not just a worker but must have been high up. So he/she should have known better.

That is what happens if you don't invest and learn from your mistakes while working, you will then take unnecessary risk when you retire in order to catch up with your colleagues who invested and learned while young and working. Such retirees usually fall for scammers and ponzi schemes

It is confirmed and official that MBA Forex has crashed

The experience gained and lesson learnt is more valuable than the amount speculators lost in the venture.

Experience is the best teacher, but smart people learn from the experience of others.

In 2021 we should know that slow and steady wins the race

How did you confirm this info bro?

I know their subscribers are still making noise on NL

They were warned and refused to listen, insults and curses everywhere

A retiree put N20 million, his retirement benefits into the scheme. It is obvious the man was not investing while working.

The smart investors gamed the mba system. They have “cashed out” more than what they put in and are on green. They have coasted home. It’s just for them to clean mouth and on to the next one.

The biggest “potential” losers (since Maxwell is still giving them false hope) are those who will have more money in mba forex than what they have taken out from the system when reality downs on them that the system has collapsed.

My sympathy goes to those who did the plan that only pays 50% ROI in 3months interval (most people started off in September), it was a well calculated strategy by Maxwell as he knew from the inception of the new plans that he wasn’t going to pay those category of investors a dime.

In theory, they should be able to cash out but human nature is not usually like that, most times, they will plunge back both capital and profit into the scheme for the BIG KILL which will increase the risk of losing all.
Some others do not really withdraw it from their wallet, mistaking wallet money for money in hand.

This reminds me about the time when our comrade Barry was saying he had N3m in his wallet, could he have misunderstood the "click withdrawal" button on MBA scam App as being the same as entering your ATM card pin to withdraw money from your Access/UBA account balance.

The gap between these two is like walking barefoot from Alaba market to Sangotedo in a very hot weather.

*FOOD FOR THOUGHT*

Kenyan runner Abel Mutai was only a few meters from the finish line, but got confused with the signs and stopped, thinking he had finished the race. A Spanish man, Ivan Fernandez, was right behind him and, realizing what was going on, started shouting to the Kenyan to keep running. Mutai did not know Spanish and did not understand.

Realizing what was going on, Fernandez pushed Mutai to victory.

A reporter asked Ivan, "Why did you do this?" Ivan replied, "My dream is that one day we can have some sort of community life where we push ourselves and also others to win."

The reporter insisted "But why did you let the Kenyan win?" Ivan replied, "I didn't let him win, he was going to win. The race was his."*

The reporter insisted and asked again, "But you could have won!" Ivan looked at him and replied: "But what would be the merit of my victory? What would be the honor of this medal? What would my Mother think of it?"

The values are transmitted from generation to generation. What values do we teach our children and how much do you inspire others to earn? Most of us take advantage of people's weaknesses instead of helping to strengthen them.

*IN THIS SEASON, I WANT EVERYONE OF US TO WIN. LET'S PUSH ONE ANOTHER TO THE FINISHING LINE. WE ALL DESERVE VICTORY**

*WELCOME TO YEAR 2021*

Fantastic

This part still confuses me that makes it difficult for me to face front.

I still cannot relate the old Barry with the new Ray simply because of this disparity. What lure of this world could have convinced him?

Life is really quite interesting as you say.

Same with me , I still think that's not barrytone. Barry cannot just fall for MBA he is streetwise... Remember the trick he gave when dealing with stronghead tenants. It worked perfectly.
I went through his former posts
May be he used this money for it so no need bothering. I think he just gambled if it works fine, if don't fine

My point exactly, see what you quoted, he was always particular about capital preservation, this new one de hard me rationalize.

Good evening, thanks for sharing the result

However, I will like to inform you that RISE is not directly registered with SEC, but have trustees who do

This is the same route that companies like piggyve.s.t, Cowr.y.rise and most Fintech takes

ARM Holdings Limited monitors and maintains our investments for them, I think you should be making enquiries from them

NB: They never claimed they are directly registered with SEC

This is simple English comprehension.

I listed their company names, the names of their subsidiaries and names of their different Investment products.

SEC is not aware of any of them and the products.

Apart from registering with SEC as a fund manager, your investement products must be registered and regulated by SEC. SEC denied knowledge of all these.

Please be guided.

If possible share the names of their trustees and fund managers, so that I can also confirm their status and roles in the Investments

There's another one called ceepass that is making waves now. There's a claim I found on their flamboyant website that I don't really understand.

I’ve checked their site before and it’s not among the licensed companies for investments in Nigeria.

Yet they’re popular and a lot of people have their life savings in it.

It is your hard earned money do the necessary due diligence.

Do they have CBN license that allows them to accept deposits from people.

They need both CBN and SEC approval
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by emmanuelewumi(m): 8:21pm On Jan 04, 2021
Manwarrior55:

Anyone can register a business under CAC

But CBN regulates any company that accepts deposits

SEC regulates any company involved in the capital market investments.

NDIC is an insurance company that insures deposits in the companies regulated by CBN to accept deposits

These are the things to look out for, these are the questions you ask before putting your money into an investment platform.

You need SEC approval for capital market operations, fund management and public liability companies that has more than 40 shareholders

https://sec.gov.ng/cmos/

That’s the SEC website where you can look up every capital market operator, if the company advertising investment to you is not listed here ask questions or run.

Even if a company is on the list, you need to find out from SEC if the investment is registered and regulated

BGL was registered by SEC, about 7 of their funds were regulated by SEC. But the company started some funds and Investment which invested in the Carribeans and some forex denominated Investments, they we're finally penalized for the fraud.

It is also important to know the status of every Investment that are promoter by SEC approved fund managers
