This looks like a viable option tbvh. End user has used the phone and voided the "new" status of the phone. Oga Elbrezzy, you no suppose allow that buyer dey use cultists threaten you sha, all that one na capping.

Abeg If the phone can be resold, both parties should jointly sell it and hand the money over to Elbrezzy. That way he knows how much the phone was sold and wouldn't feel bitter.

Most sellers here advertise their phone as “brand new” esp if the phone is opened to confirm item while picking,, or still has factory film and 100% mint..

as seen in chats AdrianHillz sent him actual pics of the phone, this cleared all doubts if it’s Sealed or Not, Everest say that and definitely know the condition of the phone after seeing the pics

I think Elbreezy is just trying to shift responsibility due to the pressure he’s getting from buyer who expected a sealed ittem...
Cause two facts here
1st.. He saw the pics of the phone before sending to him
2nd.. He saw the phone before sending to his customer..
So why the sudden act of ignorance..?

I think both can come up with selling the phone and Elbreezy getting the funds...
But if Elbreezy is to force a refund from AdrianHillz, he’s at his mercy... AdrianHillz can only be compelled to do something to help.
Both can join to loook for a buyer and refund sha..

10% is a lot when you factory the cost of the device , I doubt elbreezy profit might even equate to the said 10% , and its gonna be a win win for adrianhillz.

The salient thing to consider is simple DOES THE PHONE HAS A SCRATCH if it does then it cant be called a brand new device , if it doesn't then then elbreezy you have to find a resolution independently or accept the 90% refund .

This is a simple and clear case . Buyers complain about devices a lot we try to do the best we possibly can and when or where we cant then both parties will have to reach a compromise .

Interesting, elbreezy my advice for you is to tell client the needful and if he doubts the veracity of your claim that phone is a new device jejely do an imei check for him to show him the date it was activated.

I reported the case of hotdealz on this thread in November concerning some laptops that he supplied to me. It came as a surprise to me that no one took it serious. This guy just plunged me into a 300k+ debt and no one is saying anything about it. Please help me people, I need a solution to this issue.
