Anytime you want to buy a domain name or most stuff for online business, you use it as almost all accept PayPal payments. I don't know why but auto responders like aweber or getresponse don't accept it.

I've had a foreign PayPal account before (UAE) but was restricted by a fraudulent person.

I'll have to get another one.

Netsol is still okay. I have over 10domains there and sold 2 already. It's a matter of patience for 60days expiration. Some even sale before 60days expiration. Just ensure you reg good names and be hopeful for grace.

i would suggest if it's a geo domain starting with a city, then use a screenshot from ads.google.com, just search for the city, screenshot and send to him, tell him that he can reach that amount of population with that domain. He wont understand the trick orelse he is really an SEO expert.

You can Push it to Dan's Escrow account of your registrar if the domain is less than 60 days. You can request for an Auth Code if it is more than 60days, that's if you like. My advice is to push it to Dan while they handle it from there, but make the sales gurus arrive first sha.
N.B Remember to Unlock your domain.

1. Experiences varies, people still buy from Netsol on daily basis. The work around is to buy good names, it will sell if grace finds it.
2. After 2 months you don't need to move it from Netsol until if it doesn't sell for the first year then you pay the new registrar you are moving it to.

That company is just off it. To believe they've been in existence for a long time baffles one. They're not in per with the rest at all. They're way backwards. You get to pay for everything, even for forwarding (a good way to show proof of ownership, I'm still looking at how one can achieve showing proof of ownership of names on Netsol).
