Trump's page wasn't suspended by government, his freedom of speech wasn't and can't be suppressed by any government like Buhari is doing here in Nigeria. Twitter and other social media companies are private businesses and that's why they can do whatever they want to do with their business so long as they are not violating a contractual obligation.

Thing is, most Nigerians depend on their emotions to make decisions rather than using their brains. It's the reason we're so messed up politically, religiously and in every other aspects of life. Anyone with a brain should know this guy has been messing up even before this particular tweet.

I remember years ago, during Obamas tenure, when one guy tweeted that he wanted to kill Obama. The US Police only questioned and cautioned the guy at his house and that was that. They did not arrest him.

There are serious crimes being commited in Nigeria. Why is the Nigerian Police wasting time and energy over a tweet? There is no judge that will convict anyone of terrorism and treason on the strength of a tweet. This is how the Nigerian Polices go about wasting the time and resources given to them on irrelevant cases

Threat is threat be it online or anywhere Infact. Police also do channels there energy on other criminal offenses if you don't know and that won't stop them from dealing with the guy. It is ridiculous! Resources deployed in arresting the man has gone to waste. On daily basis, Nigerians out of anger and frustration rain curses on our political leaders for continuous impoverishment, neglect, mismanagement and corruption. We all know the young man, like every other Nigerian, is unhappy about situation of things in the country.

That guy as educated as he's, is he not aware that you can insult, abuse a sitting president but you cannot threaten to kill an elected president. And not that he was saying it orally but on social media. I've seen numerous protests, I've seen all manner of abusive words on placard about Donald Trump but I've not seen anyone threatening to take his life. And someone will say it's not right for police to arrest the guy. If it was in America, FBI and some security agencies will hunt him hand down. If the father of the guy really love his son, he should caution him very well on what he's posting on social media and also pray his son not ending up something else.
