Never been said better... To me my definition of been neat and decent doesn't necessarily have to depend on just appearance alone,

* Your nails (some use cutex to cover nails dirt huh!!!)

* Your breath (bad breaths turn my stomach more reason I stopped attending 5:30am mass before man pikin collapse one day for church)

*your appearance. (Mustn't wear expenses clothes before you appear neat. wears like skirt/browse, gown, jean n top. No need for see through leggings)

No need to talk about inner wears I no be inspector.
