If you can perceive it in your mind then you can achieve it. To me 3months is even too much for this atomic project.

I've done something similar for a client for 3months less.

am from delta warri, Delta umm the land owner that sold the land oh,agbero oh they are the worst in the world, you bought land 2.5m, the family of the land say make you pay 1m as cutoff fee oh God things they happen. Very wicked ppl.

There is nothing you cannot do if the money is available. imagine getting a bore hole, fencing, and getting flood lights to work. Have a stand by food vendors, drinks , cigar n cannabis (Sorry that's true), then connect Mp3 player to speakers for better jamz, etc . that work go finish in 2 months Time.

More than possible to lay the foundation and take it to roofing level in less than a month. Then roofing, plastering should take 2 weeks tops, then painting, and window works should take days. I've seen it done. A relative of mine built a 6-bedroom duplex in 4 months, furnishing and all.
Where do you intend to build this?

3 months is actually possible but ensure you are available or you have capable hand to monitor the project to avoid compromising standard.

I am 100% against the idea of importing illegal foreign labour into our country. Most of those foreigners never go back, they end up oversaturating our market and ruining employment opportunities for Nigerian labourers.

My brother, you can achieve that in less than 2months if you have money to do the work. Won't mention the estate but it was raised in less than 3 months. 8units of 3 bed room flat. Money can arrange everything. Best of luck though

if you wish to build a solid house don't involve Togolese labourers cux MOST of them will give you substandard house

I'm there and involved in building and real estate.
In Delta state, there is something called "Deve" which Is a short form of development levy.
Deve boys don hold you before?
In a project we handled in Jeddo near warri refinery, the owner has paid almost 300k.
In Ughoton community, cut off payment is 250k circa.
In okwagbude along sapele road, their development levy is 50k.

So which area of south?
U can complete that house in 3 months if cash long wella

Which year una run all those projects? Most local governments for this side done stop all those nonsense (Uvwie, Udu, Warri, especially), just go register your building with them, pay the necessary pay pay, nobody go disturb you.
