At the end of the day I guess all engineering are similar whether it's Civil Engineering or Software Engineering although in Software Engineering we might not do the kind of crazy mathematics that is done in regular engineering

It's very very possible once the funds are available. I remember back in 2012 I built something similar for my mum in Uyo in 9 weeks.

As an experienced professional building contractor, solid and beautiful work like this can be achieved in at least two months, but you will have to give it 3 months just in case.

It can be built in 2months, I have completed a duplex of 5 bedroom in 3 months.As long as the finance is there.

Its even possible in one month.. That is if you have money to hire 20 bricklayers laying blocks from different angles, while the bricklayer is plastering outside, the tiller is tilling inside, the electrician is doing the wiring, GMP guy takes over the nexxt morning..

But it will cost you 3x or 4x what it would have cost you if you were to build at a normal pace.

It's possible depending on the location. If its on a plain lowland, it's possible, but on a swampy/ waterlogged and water proned area like Lekki, it's not possible.

1. How prompt is material delivery to site.
2. The contractor in charge of the project.
3. Mobilization of manpower.
