Hi JustMellow,

I appreciateyour response.
By His Grace it would sail through. Thanks alot.
Would definitely return to testify, Amen.

Thanks.
JustMellow:

Hello Teau,

You've literally said everything. Since she's retired, you may want to include her pension account and evidence of retirement too. Also, a letter should be included remorsefully admitting her unintentional wrong and further explain how her situation has changed.

As it stands, she can only apply and hope it sail through.

Best of Luck

hello sir, I’ve picked a school - university of Saskatchewan that offers masters in finance which is 2 years, And my cgpa is 3.84 . These are the documents they are requesting
-language proficiency requirement
-minimum score of 500 on gmat/gre
-contact three referee
I) letter of recommendation
II) two referees. Must be academic contacts
III) third may be academic or professional . I don’t have any of this documents, What should I do next. Is it still possible for me to get this admission this year

I would suggest you try other institutions that wouldn't require such documentation from you. University of Windsor is a better option.

It will end in praise.

Pls I graduated with a lower degree Feb 2020, Environmental science n resource Mgt.

will love to further more in Canada.

Please your advise is needed.

Is there any school I can do post graduate study ?

Or with my qualification above what is the best option for me.

Plus any school that won't accept application fee and fast to process application.

Good day guys, thank you to all the gurus here for all the information shared.. I have learnt a lot.
Please , I need your help. I received a correspondence mail(biometric validity letter) this morning without medical request (did not do upfront medical). I am thinking if I should order gcms note now so i get within the 30/40days. Because my ielts will expire feb. ending and I don’t want to write another one in case I need to reapply.. I am a sept applicant , got NSE request in Nov and submitted in Dec... will appreciate your candid opinion.

A response to the questions below will determine the advice/suggestions you would get.

- What's your lower degree like (What's your CGPA)

- As per educational gap, what year did you graduate?

- Is your work experience related to your Environmental Resource & Management Degree?

Hello everyone, I landed Canada about 13 days ago, so about to end my quarantine.

I am in Toronto and would love to be added to a Nigerian WhatsApp group.

Please if you belong to any WhatsApp group for new students/immigrants in Canada, add me.

I am alone here and I need as much support (information) so I don't make mistakes.

Thank you.

Hello PotentialNurse,

I will advise you to also apply to other closely related course. The last time I made research in 2019, most university like Brock, Ottawa etc. only select 3 students from the lots per intake for their International Studies/Political Science. It may have changed though.

What I am trying to say is don't put all focus in International studies. Also try to browse through Royal Roads University programs, you may find a suitable program.

Best of Luck

Wow, thank you. I will work on other schools.

You will get your ppr soon.

Is your program postgraduate level?

This IRCC are really strange. First application they refused within a week and second they approved less than two months without NSE. Please what did you do differently in the second application?

I was refused based on the that they were not sure I would leave Canada after my studies.
So I wrote a new letter of intent addressing their concerns and reaffirming my family ties, wrote a study plan, my dad wrote a supporting letter and I added a new bank statement

Personally, I wouldn't advice you to apply blindly without obtaining your case notes to see the concerns of the visa officer in the previous refused application. It's highly advisable that you should prepare your application tightly and overcome the issues raised initially. I'm aware that your IELTS is to expire in Feb, albeit, you shouldn't rely on that basis and be quick to submit a reapplication without properly understanding the reasons for refusal. You can always rewrite your IELTS or better still opt out from the NSE program.

You're being too religious here. By the way, why would you nurse such kind of negative thoughts in the first place. I don't believe that the immigration will refuse your application on such basis considering that they were the ones that requested for the medicals and you've duly completed the exam as instructed.

In view of the foregoing, I would advice you to raise a webform and upload a copy of your E-medical slip for the reassessment of the immigration officer.

PS: Also confirm from the panel physician where you enrolled for the medical exam to be sure that they have sent your results to IRCC.

Hello house,

Good evening,

For Career/Academic progression sake, what should an Ordinary Diploma graduate with 7 years work experience apply for ?

Thanks
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Omofowobi: 9:07pm On Jan 22, 2021
Lekiboboe:

You are welcome,

Non I know of,

But you can google & do a research on the following environmental programs and see if they have a curriculum (program of study/course outline) with components of
Atmospheric Physics (Meteorology)
Solid Earth Physics - Geophysics/Mining
Navigational Physics - Geomatics (GPS, Surveying, Geodesy) etc.

- PG. Cert in Environmental Engineering Applications
Conestoga College, Ontario
https://www.conestogac.on.ca/fulltime/environmental-engineering-applications

https://www.conestogac.on.ca/fulltime/environmental-engineering-applications/courses?id=22106

- PG. Cert in Environmental Monitoring & impact Assessment
Cambrian College, Sudbury, Ontario
https://catalog.cambriancollege.ca/empd/#falltext

- PG. Cert in Environmental Management
Candore College
North Bay, Ontario
https://www.canadorecollege.ca/programs/environmental-management

It's now left for you to convince a Visa Officer in your SOP (Statement of Purpose) on how any of the above programs you choose to do is related to your Physics degree and how it is beneficial to your career and economy of Nigeria or the environmental/energy sector of Nigeria etc.

So you know,
Admission is IMPORTANT, Getting Visa Approved is [b]IMPORTANTA[/b
Really appreciate this.
When I checked the conestoga college,the course outline was okay and the fees are affordable too. But I got to know that I’m to pick three possible courses; so I’m stuck in between a whole lot. I later concluded to these 3;
1. Environmental Engineering Application
2. Occupational Health Safety and wellness.
3. Renewable energy techniques.

But where I got confused again now is the award for the 3 courses differs. The first 2 courses award is [college graduate] and the last one is [college cert]. What does that mean please?
Why are awards different?
Also what’s the difference between Post graduate diploma and post graduate certificate?
Which one am I supposed to do with my 2:2? Is it Post Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate Certificate?

Then, for the Cambrian college, the initial deposit was what scared me off. It’s about 8000CAD.

And lastly, can a friend with 2:2 in geology apply for these same courses too?

Thank you so much.
