You’re selling using the express sell button that’s why you’re getting charged that premium price. Sell off the exchange directly.

See the second secreenshot and use the sell button off the exchange. If your change isn’t on ur home page,go to settings & find make zchange my home. And use the exchange sell button and select limit orders.

Yes i have but when i want to use the stop order or limit order. I try to set it to my limit but then it refuses to go beyond the sell option. The figures i would intend to sell will then be reduced automatically. How is it used chief?

i have no real idea. Probably because i bought at a high price and sold high. I just dont know. Luno never respond to emails. Why i had to withdraw what i could and use quidax from now on. I think it is 2% fee for E th buy or sell on Luno

Omo lno has saved me millions in fees, you are doing it wrong I’m sure...

I’d give a practical example, qoin base charges me over 140 usd to make bank deps of 10k usd, lno charges me 300 NGN to dep & an extra 0% to load & buy 40k usd in NGN equivalent

I have only used the stop limit once, I personally prefer manually inputting limit orders. For example i want to dump eth right now, I’d simply go on the order book and select sell, then click limit order, and enter a price like 650,495 because my order would be the lowest sell price and would get picked up faster, usually if I’m selling bulk, I always alter my price, if it drops from 650 to 649, I’d alter my 650,495 sell order to 649 sumthn cuz I’m tryn to dump & keep my order on top bt I only do this when it’s past my target say my target was 648k and it hit 649/650, I wouldn’t mind altering a couple hundred just to dump fast, it’s almost same as the stop limit cuz on stop limit I’d have simply put 650k & 648k as the stop limit but I prefer doing it manually cuz it’s fun for me especially cuz I think of it like a game.

It's difficult to say where the market is but most folks who keep waiting for the perfect dip end up chasing higher prices. No one can be certain of the exact bottom and top

If I had 6k to invest, I'd buy 1k at this price and see how price develops overtime. I prefer to ladder in longterm buys.

Try not to be in a rush to sell, ever, you’d end up losing more to fees and wolves, yes wolves, people who prey on panic sales on the xchange, most times you’d notice significant daily dips don’t last toooo long usually less than an hour & one already regrets selling at whatever price one sold at.

Won’t lie, Lno to me has been amazing with fees, if you get stuck again post on the thread, plenty folks here have various insights & for sure at least 1 person knows something we don’t, it’s if they’re willing to share their opinions that’s the issue.

Limit price sets an exact price u want to sell or buy at

Market sells or buys at the best available price on the xchange, usually if u have a large buy it would be varying prices which may or may not favor you.

Stop limit sets the lowest price you’re willing to buy or sell at and the highest you’re willing to buy or sell at sort of like a range type thing

If you want instant sell use the market sell button and be prepared for alternating prices. The longest I’ve had to wait for liquidation on limit orders was 2 hours, I was selling over 20 btc at just over 15m and I set a single price and it kept going up and down until finally my order got filled

If you do the jumping jack by altering your prices as the order book flows, you can liquidate 5m in 10 mins but that’s if your phone & data boots fast enough... smaller amounts under 1m can be gone within 3-5mins or even seconds if your factors are in your favour.

As my bro jedisco said Lno is lacking in liquidity when it comes to smaller qoins. Big B you can get rid off easily & ethy

You can use market sales to dump in less than a min even if you’re selling 100m worth but it will sell some at 650k, some at 649k, some at 651, some at 647 if it drops in btw the time

How much ethy or btc are u selling that the funds will depreciate. As I stated I NEVER sell at the exact market price, if market price is 650,500 I sell mine at 650,000 or 649,900 so even if it drops in btw I’m not losing by nothing really. I’d rather shortchange myself 200 NGN per ethy than pay 2% for instant sales. I only use market orders with ethy and The B cuz the difference in order prices on the order book is usually under 0.2%. If one person is selling for 15,510,000 the next will sell for at most 10,000 less which is not up to 0.3%

I tell you honestly, I have learnt a lot from your posts especially with regards to this limit order stuff. Still learning though as I've got a lot to learn with regards to charts and whatnot.
