WWE NXT Reviews recaps and reactions The main event this week was a tag match, in a show jam packed with them, featuring the former enemies Finn Bálor & Kyle O’Reilly facing the tag team champions of Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch in a non-title match. The match itself was good, though it was easy to be tired of tag team matches given there were so many. Finn Bálor played the face in peril with the heels working his arm, and O’Reilly was the hot tag who won decisively with a submission. After the match, Pete Dunne showed up to employ a handicap beat down of the victors before Adam Cole and Roderick Strong ran the Kings of NXT off. All in all, this angle is spinning its wheels. Kyle and Finn had an entertaining feud against each other, but there’s little spark in this story of them playing reluctant allies against Pete Dunne and the tag champs. In general, NXT has been missing a spark, and much of the issue is there’s nothing hot going on with the main titles. (The women’s title still doesn’t have clear direction, only starting to unveil that after weeks.) I do give them props for making the act of Finn Bálor literally stepping back to stand shoulder to shoulder with the ERA feel like a very important moment, but that wasn’t enough to make this feel main event worthy. This story needs a spark to make it feel deserving of a top spot on a card with TakeOver only a couple weeks away. Friendship Goals Raquel González and Dakota Kai predictably defeated Jessi Kamea and Aliyah to advance in the Dusty. There isn’t much to say about the match. Dakota did much of the work, but González took care of business in the end. It wasn’t anything spectacular but did what it set out to do: Remind us that González is dominant. However, what I appreciate the most is the evolving relationship between Dakota Kai and Raquel González. Raquel debuted as Dakota’s bodyguard last year. She was clearly working for Kai, with the focus being advancing Kai’s career. Then Raquel started to breakout on her own, and instead of dropping the team or feuding, the dynamic shifted. Dakota was more than happy to try to play the role of support for the ascending González. She even got closed into a locker for her aid during Raquel’s Last Woman Standing match against Rhea Ripley. And now they’re functioning as a team, both working to that common goal. They may be bad gals, but I dig this friendship. Elevation The opening bout in the night of tags featured MSK taking on Drake Maverick & Killian Dain. One thing I have in general appreciated about the Dusty Classic is how they use it to elevate tag teams to a more serious status. Dain and Drake were a ful on comedy bit when they started off. With time and now a spot in the Dusty, they were featured as more of a respectable tag team. They DNA of the team is still there: Dain is the threat and Maverick is the ‘weak link.’ But this week, Drake held his own. He wasn’t the liability as he had played in the past. That’s important if they want this team to be more than just a comedy act. (Which to be fair, if that’s what NXT wants, that’s a good role for them.) The team still doesn’t feel like a cohesive unit. There’s still a feel of two guys who are in a tag team match together as opposed to a duo actually working together. It’s part of who they are, though hopefully they evolve into more of a team. On the other side of the ring, MSK are very exciting. I have some experience watching them as the Rascalz in Impact, but I’m many months removed from watching Impact so I don’t know the caliber of work when they left. That said, they feel more special here. They’re unique in style and personality. I was excited for this match because of them this week and I’m excited to see what they do next round. Superb Underdog My favorite match of the night was the Dusty quarterfinal bout where the Grizzled Young Veterans defeating Kushida and Leon Ruff. It was the only Dusty match of the night that really felt like the finish wasn’t the foregone conclusion. Yes, GYV were the favorites. But Ruff and Kushida picked up a big first round win. This match accomplished the task of getting me to a point that I really wanted the underdog team to win. Leon Ruff just does a fantastic job working a match as a sympathetic character. His personality makes it so easy to root for him. Meanwhile, the GYV aren’t flashy, but their style allows you to easily root against them. Then it’s all the more disappointing when they win. After the match. Johnny Gargano and Austin Theory attacked Ruff & Kushy, revenge for their loss to them last week. They were eventually scared off by Dexter Lumis, who has issues with the Way as well given he lost a North American title match in a less than clean manner. Who’s next? It looks like Io Shirai may have to defend her title in a triple threat match. Toni Storm called out the champ, but after Shirai answered, Mercedes Martinez inserted herself into all of this. With Storm and Martinez not on the same page despite being a one and done tag team, there’s enough here to go with the triple threat. Honestly, a triple threat makes sense. There are so many women deserving of a title match, running a program with two of them at once helps move the line along. And if there’s a person they want for a singles match with the champ down the line, they don’t take the pin. It’s not official, but it’s our best guess of what’s next for the champion. All the Rest: - Bronson Reed went over Isaiah “Swerve” Scott. It’s clear they’re building up Reed big time. I question doing it at the expense of Swerve, who hasn’t won anything of significance at all in his time in NXT. I think a win to split a series with Jake Atlas (who also never wins) was his biggest achievement. They need to find a program for Scott he can walk out victorious. - Curt Stallion was supposed to have a cruiserweight title match this week. But he was attacked prior so it was push until next week. William Regal figures El Legado del Fantasma are the culprits, and while he’s probably right, Karrion Kross leaving a calling card on Santos Escobar’s bag makes me wonder if he’s the real attacker. I don’t see what his motive would be though. - Malcolm Bivens scheduled Tyler Rust a cupcake match up to pick up an easy week after Rust tried to do his own business last week and booked himself in a match with Bronson Reed. Rust won so Malcolm is earning is money. With the abundance of tag matches and lack of any real hot angles, this show felt like it dragged on. Nothing was outwardly bad. Each segment would have worked well on a show that had some hot angles. But this felt like a bunch of supplemental stories strung together, leaving this to feel like a duller episode of NXT. |

WWE Smackdown reviews recaps and reactions Well, this is not interesting. Which is the main point here. SmackDown suffered its first loss in a long time. The first hour of the show was pretty great, and the last hour was a long convoluted mess that was overbooked and pretty meaningless. I feel like I contradict myself when I complain about bad things, because SmackDown definitely doesn’t do everything right every week. But… it’s just always entertaining. For the most part. But not tonight. All I really want out of WWE television is entertainment. I may complain about certain things WWE does outside of wrestling, but WWE really should exist to entertain us. If you’re a fan, that’s great! If you’re not, that’s perfectly fine too. This year’s Royal Rumble is not going to be as entertaining as any of the rest of them because the crowd reaction adds to the excitement. Piped in countdowns and cheering and booing won’t do it for me, or probably a lot of other people. I hope that WWE makes it entertaining enough for those of us who care. Community theater mafia boss Roman Reigns looked so done and tired of Kevin Owens as he was talking. Owens said as far as he’s concerned, he’s beaten Reigns twice, and nothing will keep him from getting back up as many times as he needs to. Reigns then started in on what Owens brought up last week - his family. He asked about his father and he needed to because he wanted to know why Owens was never taught limitations. If Owens thinks that he has a chance at winning the Universal championship, he’s a fool, and if he’s a fool, then his father and grandfathers are fools. Reigns asked what Owens thought his grandfathers would tell him when he meets them again, why he wouldn’t acknowledge Reigns as their Tribal Chief. And then Owens had probably the best promo of this feud. He called Roman an insecure bully and a community theater mafia boss. And Roman got a remote from Heyman and he clicked off his portion of the screen like Broadway mafia boss. I’ve found myself now in this second main Universal championship feud wanting it to just keep going and going. Seriously. It’s going to end, but I don’t want it to end. Roman is the greatest Universal champion in its history. I wax poetic about not wanting to see the same stuff in other places where I’m bored and annoyed. But I never want feuds with Roman Reigns to end. They’ve all been amazing. They’ve all produced the best WWE television. As I said my opening remarks, I contradict myself but it’s really because I just long for entertainment. Roman Reigns gives me that, as do his opponents. It’s a real sight to behold. If only 5 years ago, Vince decided to pivot and make this dude a heel, man. Sunday might be about the Rumbles, but in my eyes, this is the main attraction. My Women’s Royal Rumble winner Don’t mess with the hair. Never mess with the hair. I love Bianca Belair with all my soul. She had so much fire in this match and it showed throughout. Everything Bayley had for her she kicked out. Charles Robinson sold Bianca’s bridge out of Bayley’s pin attempt. Both women had big hits, Bianca with an elbow and Bayley with a knee. They both sounded painful. At one point Cole said that Bayley seemed jealous and immediately Bayley whipped around and said “I’M NOT JEALOUS, COLE!” Hahaha one of the low key best feuds in WWE are these two. Something the crowd-less era gave us, which has been one of the joys of SmackDown. Belair pulled off the “upset” victory here, which isn’t an upset to me at all. If anything, Bayley winning would have been the real upset. After the match, a passionate and emotional promo from Belair about how Bayley isn’t her role model but that she sees the importance of beating her. This is the biggest win of her career thus far. The next win is this Sunday. Do it, WWE. Bianca deserves it. I know there are some nefarious things going on at the red brand with The Fiendette Alexa Bliss but there’s no need for a Rumble win to come out of that. The Rest A lot of people did a lot of things There was a heartfelt promo by Bryan to start the show. He mentioned what a lot of us have been worried about. Obviously Bryan can choose to walk away whenever he feels like it, but wrestling will not be as exciting when he’s gone. There was really no need to mention the brand to brand invitation stuff when Styles came out to interrupt him, but it built to a match between them for the show. Well, they had a good match, and then Sami Zayn came out because he’s been silenced and Styles took advantage of the distraction. And then Big E came out and attacked Zayn, throwing him into Cesaro on commentary. So they got into it, and Bryan dove on Styles, Cesaro, and Zayn, and Zayn attacked Bryan and caused a DQ. Then Nakamura came out to assist Big E and Bryan, and then a six man tag was born. Whew. And then Miz and Morrison interrupted a good bout with E and Cesaro and caused a DQ. And then Otis came out and attacked Miz and Morrison. That made this a 5 on 4 tag match. Everyone took out Bryan’s tag partners so that he was all alone, but Sheamus came out and was the 5th man for the babyfaces. Sheamus Brogue Kicked Sami for the win in all of this mess. And then Braun came out and cleared out the heels attacking Sheamus. Holy shit. This was… some convoluted Raw nonsense in my SmackDown programming. Also, this is supposed to preview the Royal Rumble, but NO ONE WAS THROWN OVER A TOP ROPE? For shame, WWE. You’ve conditioned me to these types of shenanigans. Reginald gave Sasha some wine Reginald gave Sasha a wine to pair with her loss on Sunday, but Sasha gave it back to him and said there’s something she likes about him. She asked him what’s the best type of wine to pair with a broken jaw and laughed. Sasha’s laugh is wonderful. Hoping she stays champion on Sunday. King Corbin defeated Dominik Mysterio Dominik attacked Corbin before the match, which was good personality showing. You could see what they’re doing with this match as Rey was on commentary and he wasn’t always on his son’s side. Rey has taken on the coaching role. Corbin ducked a drop kick and hit the End of Days to win. Definitely thinking we’ll see some sort of father/son break down at the Rumble |

WWE was so predictable on this one. I knew Edge and Belair will win due to the hype around Belair and the "promise" Edge gave on Monday Night but I thought they'll bring a little upset to it. |

WWE Royal Rumble reviews recaps and reactions When WWE gets it right, they really get it right. I was worried, y’all. Raw and SmackDown leading up to this pay-per-view. It was real bad. Multiple things could have gone wrong - Goldberg as a champion again, Miz cashing in on Drew, Miz winning the Rumble, Charlotte winning the Rumble, Fiend/Fiendette Rumble winners, any magic in general… none of that happened. Not only was it mostly a great show, it provided a few emotional moments. They relied so heavily on magic and spooky nonsense for Bliss leading up to this show. And as she was about to go to it again, and Rhea said nah fam you’re outta here. And that was it. Thank you, Rhea Ripley. And thank you WWE for not pulling the Bad Bunny out of the hat. Heh. The big star Bayley drew #1 and was mad that Michael Cole wasn’t out calling the match. #2 was NAOMI!!! Bianca came out at 3 and had the first awesome moment with Naomi as they both cartwheeled. Shotzi Blackheart came out after Billie Kay who decided not to get in the ring yet. That tank is super cool! Kay had an excellent strategy throughout the match, trying to represent each of the women who walked down. Comedy played perfectly. Shotzi ended up being the first eliminated by Baszler. Jillian Hall was the first surprise entrant and took Kay up on her offer. Toni Storm and Ruby Riott had a test of strength, and then Billie and Jillie tried teaming up with Ruby. Rhea Ripley was out at 14 and immediately eliminated her NXT foe Storm. Charlotte came out next and I was expecting a stare down moment between the two, but Charlotte just dominated her instead. Thankfully that didn’t last long, and Ripley was able to have a very dominant performance. I believe she ended up eliminating the most women. She was also the absolute smartest woman by eliminating Alexa Bliss as she was transforming. An important elimination was Belair eliminating Bayley. I thought Bayley was going to eliminate her instead and of course WWE didn’t catch it as it happened. Belair and Naomi helped each other get back into the ring. A big moment - Alicia Fox became the 24/7 Title winner thanks to Truth accidentally entering the Women’s Royal Rumble. Naturally she lost it back to him immediately because that’s the running gag. A few head scratchers. They devoted time to the Lacey and Charlotte stuff, but after that moment they never interacted again and Baszler eliminated her. Lana eventually came in and never went after Baszler. Nia and Shayna never went after Lana. Shayna who was eliminated by Nia suddenly went back to not caring that she eliminated her. The final three were Belair, Flair, and Ripley. The big yikes fell over me as I remembered that Ripley eliminated Fiendette Alexa Bliss. But then Ripley and Belair teamed up to eliminate Flair so I breathed a sigh of relief. Both women traded elimination attempts, and Belair eliminated Ripley! No Fiendette magic! Bianca set the record as the new Iron Woman and won the Royal Rumble. I was totally stunned to see an actually great finish to this match. Bianca broke down and made me legitimately cry as she mentioned her Mom and Dad. I said that Bianca was my pick and I honestly did not expect her to get the win. Give me Bianca and Sasha. Absolute fire! After ten long years Edge wasted no time attacking Orton before the bell even rang. Sami Zayn was out third to continue his conspiracy theories, but teamed up with Orton, and then Mustafa Ali to try and take out Edge. Orton and Edge basically were having a rematch from the Greatest Wrestling Match Ever and focusing little on this match. In the process, Orton was taken out with an injury Carlito was the first surprise! Yo Carlito is in amazing shape let this guy come back! Sadly Elias eliminated him, but he had a really nice 9 or 10 minutes. One of the best spots in this whole thing was Bad Bunny coming out and avenging his DJ set up Miz destroyed. Damien Priest eliminated both Miz and Morrison, and then Bad Bunny went up to the top rope and dove off to take them out again. That was legitimately an amazing spot. Lashley came in at 22 and nearly cleaned house. Big E and Lashley got time to shine. And then the Hurricane came out and tried to eliminate them both. Cristian came out and helped the field eliminate Lashley. Edge and Cristian hugged and I started tearing up again, and then teamed up on Riddle. The second biggest story out of this match is Omos eliminating dudes for AJ, specifically Big E. I’d love for that to lead to something. And then Seth Rollins returned. And the bastard eliminated Bryan. The “final four” were Cristian, Edge, Rollins, and Strowman. Rollins tried to get Strowman on his side, but he didn’t want any part of it. Finally, Edge and Rollins were left, and I thought for a second we would finally get the confrontation between them that was needed after a few years back when Rollins used Edge’s neck to get John Cena to reinstate the Authority, but Edge dumped him quick. Psyche! Orton came back and RKO’d Edge, but Edge was able to reverse and throw Orton over the top rope to win the Men’s Royal Rumble! The emotion out of him was beautiful. I wanted Bryan, but Edge is a great second. 10 years after retirement, this man’s back and in the main event of WrestleMania. I’m tearing up again. Shenanigans Oh my God. Both of these men are absolutely crazy. But Owens… he is batshit insane. INSANE! They were all over the ThunderDome and the stadium. Owens got run over by a Samoan in a golf cart. (Feel like I’ve seen a spot like that recently!) Both men got their stuff in early and battled for the top prize. Owens beat up Reigns and put him on a table. He then raised a forklift up high and did a Senton off of it. That was the best spot of the night. Unfortunately, the finish got screwed up and messed up the whole thing. Owens handcuffed Reigns to a metal structure, and at the count of 9 Reigns took him out. Heyman came out and tried getting the handcuffs off, and a new referee came out and counted. All of a sudden, the referee stopped counting at 6, and Reigns and Heyman were fussing around with the handcuffs for another 20 seconds. Technically, Owens won the Universal title twice. That was crappy. Reigns locked in the Guillotine to win. It was super disappointing that it took a referee so long to come out, and then randomly stop counting. So there’s no way that this feud is over now. Credit to both men though for putting their bodies through hell for us. The Rest Drew McIntyre defeated Goldberg Drew got back into the ring demanding the referee to ring the bell, Goldberg got his stuff in and then McIntyre hit the Claymore and Goldberg kicked out. Very rarely do people do that. Goldberg got momentum and hit a couple of spears and McIntyre kicked out. An actually decent looking Jackhammer got Goldberg a near fall. Then another Claymore and McIntyre picked up the win. Alright, so this ended up not being so bad, but I really expected Miz to come and cash in. It really was the perfect time but it looks like they’re going to be dragging that crap out longer. Sasha Banks defeated Carmella Almost immediately Reginald was getting involved, and as usual the referee did nothing about it. Banks landed a bit awkwardly after the meteora and Carmella took advantage. She tried tying Banks’ hair up on the ropes but it didn’t do much. Reginald caught Banks and finally got ejected, and Carmella nearly injured herself with a suicide dive. Banks countered the Code of Silence submission and Carmella superkicked her for a near fall. Bank Statement got Sasha the win. This match wasn’t the best one between these two women. I gasped when Carmella did that suicide dive and nearly bent in half in ways a body shouldn’t. She didn’t move for a moment and I feared the worst. I kind of doubt that this feud is over though. I feel like it’s going to have one more match on SmackDown. Grade: B+ |

pu7pl3:I told you what made me think Edge will win. On Monday night, they repeated his "comeback" story for like... 2 times, showed the highlight of his match with Randy at Backlash and gave him a chance to make a "promise" all these, I knew was just to give him the support of the fans, the same thing that happened to Seth Rollins in 2019. I haven't watched the Royal Rumble yet but When I was reading about the results, Edge was the "favorite" on my mind, Belair was also my favorite |

The men's royal rumble was the highlight of the show ![]() Edge wining even though he chop RKO from Randy who I had a feeling will come back to the rumble considering that he was never eliminated. I want to talk about Goldberg v McIntyre. Jesus when Goldberg delivered that spear to the barricade and drew was gasping for air I thought "here we go again" but Drew looked like turning it around and then the spear and jackhammer, scenes from last year's sh1tfest against the fiend but thankfully Vince respected his ancestors. This match felt like an endorsement match which Drew doesn't need considering that he's over already. Edge will provide a much better contest to the claymore king. The match of the night is Owens v Roman, as if they can't make Roman an SOB any more than they have done, he smashed the referee on to a crane? when he was nearly counted out while handcuffed to the bottom of the crane. Plus the brutal nature of the fight, these guys can fight forever. Wrestlemania hopefully. Side note: why did the second referee stop counting after 6? WWE Raw Reviews recaps and reactions I said in my Royal Rumble recap that I was worried the show and beyond would be bad. I was wrong because Raw, for the first time in weeks (and honestly, maybe even months) was a good show! Show long arcs and matches with stakes make 3 hours… slightly shorter. However, a past worry of mine has come to light, and I actually feel bad about it. I am pretty much against the Alexa Bliss Fiendette stuff. It’s overstayed its welcome. If you are someone into this, more power to you. The reason why I don’t like saying it is because I feel we should be supportive of wrestlers being happy and creatively stimulated in wrestling. Alexa is a fan of horror so this is right in her wheelhouse. You can even see that she’s enjoying herself. I’m not anymore. I want this to end. The magic stuff has been way too heavily relied on and I’m done with it. I cannot handle this for 2 more months. The black cloud is gone, but the blood remains Edge came out and interrupted Drew McIntyre. He did something very right that we didn’t realize was so true until a few minutes later - he called out McIntyre’s friendliness. He just won the Rumble and instead of kicking his head in, McIntyre’s being all happy and going down memory lane. When you have the title, you should always be looking out. Sheamus then came out and got in Edge’s face but McIntyre told him to back off. Edge said he’d let McIntyre know his answer, and left. Drew turned around into a Brogue Kick. After the commercial, Sheamus told Charly Caruso that he’s no longer a friend of Drew McIntyre. Later, an emotional Drew questioned Sheamus’ actions but… really dude? I mean it should have been obvious this guy was going to turn on you. Obviously that’s how WWE booked it, but a normal person would have seen it coming from a mile away. Sheamus has been an asshole for weeks and never got along with Drew’s other bestie. They even brawled themselves last month. I didn’t like that. So Orton and Edge was advertised for the main event, and Orton congratulated Edge for winning the Royal Rumble. But Edge made him out to be a liar when he said Edge would never come back. So now he needs to end it for good. Edge hit a couple of Executions, even reversing an RKO into one for a near fall. Edge sent Orton into the barricade from the apron, and then Orton went to the announce table and raked Edge’s eyes. Orton hit the DDT and set up the RKO. And then the creepy music played and Alexa was sitting on the top turnbuckle behind Orton. What I presume was blood poured out of her mouth, and Edge speared Orton on the distraction and won. Opening remarks said it all. Not a fan of this anymore. I still feel bad saying it, but sheesh. Happy for Edge though, because his presence on this show helped. He even gave Damian Priest a rub! I know now that I’m really disliking the Alexa stuff when the Edge win here didn’t feel as good as it should have for me. Please, let’s get Bray back and just end this at the next pay-per-view. I can’t handle this for another 2 months. Bad Bunny and Damian Priest have arrived Miz finally got the biggest guest for Miz TV he could ever get that isn't me Miz and Morrison went through their usual recapping garbage and then brought out the big star. Bad Bunny had a pink mic and a not so enthused look on his face. Miz apologized for his part last night and asked… Bunny (I guess that’s what I’m supposed to call him?) if he had anything to say. Bunny said no. Miz said that he heard about him wanting to be a WWE superstar and that they could help him out if Bunny would help them get a recording contract. They then sang. Ugh. Bunny said he wasn’t interested and Miz got hot about it. Bunny said he was really here because Damian Priest wanted to be on Miz TV. And that led to a Priest and Miz match. Priest had an impressive dive using the middle rope but Miz got some momentum. Miz got distracted by Bunny at commentary and Priest took advantage. Morrison baited Priest and Miz went to grab the briefcase. Bunny grabbed it and hit Morrison with the mic. This was a very fun segment and match and for the life of me I have no idea why people have grief with Bad Bunny. Y’all - it’s Bad Bunny. Why is this, for lack of a better word, bad? Dude’s popular as hell and enjoys wrestling. Has a decent cross body, too! Bunny made me interested in Miz and Morrison. And it’s helping Damian Priest on the main roster! Instead of debuting as Kevin Owens’ best friend out of nowhere and being third wheel in that feud, he’s debuting as the friend of Grammy nominated, multi Billboard Latin Music Award winner, MTV VMA winner Bad Bunny. That’s a win in my book! The Rest The Hurt Business defeated Lucha House Party Benjamin started with Dorado and tossed him like a rag doll. Metalik tagged in and Alexander was legal. The story very early was that the Lucha House Party are a cohesive unit. Benjamin showed his power and agility against the luchas. Metalik and Alexander had a sprint. Luchas double tagged and Metalik would have gotten the victory if Benjamin hadn’t just got there in time to break it up. Alexander was about to finish it and Benjamin tagged in. Ced wasn’t happy about it. They’re obviously doing a break up angle. It’s… been a long one for sure. I’m conflicted because I don’t really want them to break up but if it gives Cedric a strong singles run, I’m for it. Fun House Bliss defeated Nikki Cross This started like the last match between them. Bliss didn’t care as Cross got in her face and screamed at her about being her best friend and she doesn’t care anymore. Bliss started not caring about the match, and switching between smiling at Cross and happy to wrestle. The stupidest part of this was Bliss hop-scotching to Cross and kicking her in the ribs. Bliss transformed into BlissCross Bliss and this time Nikki didn’t fall for it. Bliss transformed back again and then did a new twisted version of the Sister Abigail to win. That looked DOPE! Best part of the whole match. Lana and Naomi defeated Mandy/Dana and Asuka/Charlotte Of course. Charlotte told Asuka she’s only focusing on getting back the tag titles but as soon as her father’s music hit, she tagged out of the match and walked up the ramp. Like… why? I was actually enjoying the match, and the right women won to be perfectly honest. There’s something fun about Naomi and Lana. And Lana being involved just makes sense considering who the tag champions are. Asuka looked the worst here because of Charlotte’s nonsense, which is also no surprise. I almost wouldn’t mind Asuka turning on Charlotte now. Jeff Hardy and Carlito defeated Elias and Jaxson Ryker Carlito is back! Ryker pulled on Hardy’s pants and Elias took advantage. The heels were able to isolate Hardy and Elias almost put him away. Ryker missed a headbutt and Hardy tagged Carlito who had a real hot tag and hit the backstabber on Elias. Hardy with the Swanton to pick up the win. Carlito is back. Carlito is JACKED. This show’s looking even better. Xavier Woods defeated Mustafa Ali Ali was focusing more on Kingston outside the ring, but it wasn’t really distracting him much. Woods ducked a knee and did a discus clothesline which he would have won with if T-Bar didn’t interfere. Kingston leaped off of T-Bar and took out Slapjack, and Woods reversed Ali’s pin to get the victory. We’re at 2-2 now. I figured this was happening but it made it a little less sweet to see Ali be the loser. Bobby Lashley vs. Riddle ends in a disqualification Riddle has been pretty smart in each match with Lashley, always going after him the moment the bell rings. Unfortunately not much happened except a bunch of Hurt Locks and a disqualification. But whew boy did Lashley look mean and scary. This is definitely not |

Only people that don't have feelings, like Quest, did not get emotional at this point.
