I see lot of bad marriages everyday, the couples just trying to look happy all because of the kids.

One of the killer of marriage is getting married to a bad and selfish woman, as i always write down, the type of woman you marry will determine the quality of life you will get as a man, if a man marries a woman with a bad personality, his quality of life will totally reduce and regrets, depression will be the order of the day.

Another killers of marriage is having lot of kids, not only does it drain your pocket but can also give you hypertension if time is not taken, over thing on how to provide for your family.

Most men should try to avoid women who are so deep on idealogy and IDEALISM. These constant conflict between modernism and traditions can eventually reduce the quality of life of a man.


I believe so much in the natural way of things in marriage.

Fast forward 40 to fifty years from now, you would probably start complaining of being lonely, neglected and forsaken. No matter how much money you have, it would never buy you a healthy company. We have seen people leading this kind of life, they usually end up sad in life.

That said, your failed marriage(s) should not be a basis to generalize... Your marriages failed. You failed in your relationships. Marriage/relationship is not the problem. The problem is your disability, and that of your partners, to maintain a healthy relationship. Those with happy homes will testify.

This right here at the bolded made a lot of sense truly and particularly on the aspect of idealism. A lot of these ideologies are spread on social media by frustrated women deceiving and misleading single ladies. This is one reason I can't marry a woman that lives on Facebook or Twitter.

I'm not particularly against enlightenment or quest for information but I can tell that the information spread on social media regarding feminism and relationships through indoctrination are not in anyway making women to be successful or more productive but to waste their time chasing shadows.

Unfortunately men fail to notice this. I've met a good number of women and even before I call them on phone, I run a social media profiling on them and then correlate the results on our actual real life interaction. Through social media profiling, I can know when a woman will tell me that cooking my meal is a wife role and is against her ideals. The essence of this exercise is to teach my sons about women.

In today's marriage, a lot of men get thrown into a lot of mess they never prepared for because they were blind from the onset. If you open your eyes and actually evaluate in order to correlate, you will have answers that will help u chose wisely.

Just admit it that YOUR marriage didn't work. Take the blame in areas you have to but don't discourage others.

There are many men who became more focused knowing they had a family back home and a wife counting on them. Tom Bilyeu who is worth $400 million is a perfect example and he says it all the time. He always said what made him keep pushing was his wife looking at him and saying "I'm counting on you."

How can you use Dangote of all people as an example? Does he have sense? Same Dangote who has been frolicking with trashy Ameirican runs girls distracting him. Same Dangore we saw his ass this year.

Marriage sure is draining no doubt.

First it makes you too responsible. There are some habits that makes you, you. You just have to drop such habits whether good or bad and take life seriously. Now this is the part I hate most about marriage. I love sarcasm too much.

Secondly, the nature of your partner might not appeal to you anymore (physically and character wise) maybe after one or two child birth; she is already looking like mama while you are still looking yourself but a little bit round. This is major factor that brings down ones sex drive. When a lady reaches 40-50 she becomes an untamed Lion. Always complaining, always shouting, always talking and narrating how people talk about them, become too spiritual and read meaning to unnecessary things. This is much of a big deal to people though especially husband that want to live a quiet life.

Your children will not just let you rest. The way you envisioned your children to be might just quite be the opposite. Especially parent that deal with stubborn kids, not to mention dull kids. Sometimes you begin to doubt if you are failing as a father. Not to mention your wayward teenagers are really of such an handful. Believe me I hate teenagers they begin to rebel against your modus of operandi and philosophy you are trying to shape them with.

Money. Wife is asking for money, children are asking for money, landlord is asking for Nepa and security bill, school fees, Christmas clothes, impromptu expense, extended family is asking for money, rent will be due in 2 months time. See what is going on in someone's child head. Every fiber in his body is yearning for a break from everything, but it seems impossible.
Worst is when you are 40 something and you haven't even buy a piece of land. You will start counting will I be dead in 40 years time? What will I leave for my children.

Every couple needs to take a break like 1week away from everyone, rent a hotel buy the best food, relax, swim, gist with friends, behave childish, watch funny video and stop thinking for a week. After that week believe me you will come back looking fresh and energized.
Do this at least 3 times a year.
But mine will be once in 2 months

You're 100% right bro. Just like the lady I would have married lived her life on Facebook and Instagram and it had very bad influence on her. She only goes to read negative family news that one day she read about a man that used the money from the family joint account to build house for his parents without the wife's notice. When I came back from work that's how she flooded me with the fact that she can't keep joint account oo, for something that happened on Facebook oo, I told her life is not like that she promised to change but couldn't, I dumped her, till now I still see her on different bitter Facebook groups. Lol

People don't change, and not even in marriage which provides them with more enclosures will they change. No this and know peace
