Last year, they were waking us up with alert, even paid upfront in december, this year we have to remind them via account officer after several days. Due for tomorrow, just hopeless. I wish they reset and get back to winning ways.

My Due date is 27th and today is 31st still no show, I have been calling my contact person and also sent a WhatsApp message and no reply yet. This is not funny.

Nawa oh. Those of us that our due is 29th it means that we will have to wait for awhile then.

With the info I got from a Branch manager, he said their automated payment system is having problem and they are trying to be paying manually while it's been rectified

You can't terminate any time if your contract with them is either 1 year or 2 years. But can do it if it's a 6 months contract.
Check your MOU to see when you can terminate as it's boldly written there.
