I didn't Just live in Hillbrow, I lived in various other parts of SA, and what you would find is that Hillbrow is full with South Africans from different parts of SA. From Natal, cape town, Petermaristburg, pretoria, Rossetenvill, Durban alexander, easter cape and ETC so if you say that the are druggies, well...they are druggies from all over South Africa, how can you even tell who is a druggie? There were some SABC's staffs who took drugs, 10111 police staffs who took drugs, company CEOs who took drugs, actors even Brenda Fassie or whatever they called her was a massive addict. So i don't know what you meant by high women or beauty.
