Yeah I've been having issues with this too. The new law has made things difficult.
World Remit and Western Union are the options now and I'm honestly not a fan of both.

Is easy, use world-remit or azimo cash( dollar)pick-up or direct to dollar(domiciliary)account.

Note: you can no longer receive in local currency ( naira) except in dollars. The only changes in policies.
