His headlining role in this matter, especially with the police arrest and the attendant media spotlight is a PR masterstroke.

If only 1 million people had heard of Mr Macaroni before now, I bet 20 million know him now. That was how Naira Marley got a head start and was propelled into the A List.

Even the worst military regime on earth will think twice before doing this. I have always maintained that APC and PDP, Nigerian politicians and the elite are the one and the same and only problem of Nigeria. Like CHIBUIKE AMAECHI rightly said killing everyone and restarting this nation seems to be the only viable solution even though it sounds impossible. All this little wickedness will only endear the masses to reject the APC at the next general polls. You are not supposed to treat even aterrorist this way. What's happened to freedom.Little things like this started the Arab spring. The ruling party needs to be careful over these little things. Allow people protest so long as its not peaceful. Nigerians can be docile and stubborn at the same time and when u least expect. The ruling party can't handle terrorists in the north, things like these will encourage more and more youths to take up arms against the government and established institutions both in the east and west too. This is 2021 and this is Nigeria and not North Korea
yes they've committed an offence. it is called PUBLIC MISCONDUCT. it is a law in Nigeria that before you constitute a gathering in a public place, you have to seek permission from the police. these guys did not do that and they were warned. who goes against constituted authority if not a subversive? right is a two way thing. your right stops where mine starts and it is constituted authorities that decides where one right starts and where another ends.

They were a lot of hot zones where they could av deployed soldiers to but they chose to annihilate peaceful protesters at Lekki. Many lives were lost man, think abt it. That could av been ur brother, sister, ur friend, lover, husband, wife, ur destiny helper ur benefactor but u don't just care. They don't deserve justice either ryt? So LCc should go back to business just like that. They go'n be generating a lot of money from toll u say, tell me what tf they've been doing with all d revenues they been making. This fight is against bad governance not you n I. This politicians don't care abt you. If any region should be suffering from herdsmen attack it should be d SE not SW with all d influence and affluence they got in d political system of the country but this people u fighting for don't give a damn. People are dying on their farm lands,raped, kidnapped n y'all OK with it? Ur so revered leaders ain't saying shit either but y'all so eager n happy to mock a nigga that's doing what's right. If you're a police officer and you watched how the last protest turned out and led to the death of you own colleagues, you'll likely shoot anyone on sight when you find the at Lekki today.

They want to start another round. It starts peacefully, then boom! Since it might not get to you own home, you'll cross legs with popcorn and read through nairaland.
