The funny thing is that if this role were based on nominations from each country's president, Buhari would have nominated a far less qualified and incompetent northerner that would have gone there to mess up in the interviews and not get selected for the role. The ICC nominations is a case in point. The day federal character and nepotism are discarded for competence and merit will be the day that marks the dawn of a new nigeria.
